Rodney quickly responded to our inquiry about needing a new water heater. The home was due to close escrow in 3 days and we needed plumbing help ASAP. Johnson Plumbing got us on their schedule and progressed with the work.
Rodney arrived soon after I called on a Friday morning to address a leak. He surveyed the irrigation system, shut off valve, crawl space and fixtures. Working methodically, he tested systems, isolated areas and found the culprit!
He was polite, clean and took his shoes off in the house.
We will definitely have him back to install an electronic shutoff valve and to replace the builder grade acorn stop valves.
They're very quick and professional. I've called them a couple times. Once for a leak in my shower and then for water heater installation. I absolutely would recommend them.
Update 06/01/26. Our water heater installation was in 2023. Recently, the pilot wasn't staying lit. We contacted them. They ended up having to come to my house twice due to additional issues. They were different people from the first two times but still totally professional. I would still recommend them.
