Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. They were recommended by another plumber because they know how to deal with cast iron pipes. The other companies who came to look did not want to touch this repair. Happy that this company came out right away to fix a leak in a pipe to the water heater. Our son and wife and three small kids live in the home that we own and they were without hot water the day before school was starting. And, the garage was getting flooded. We tried to do a rig on it to stop it from leaking all over to get through a day and a night but we could not wait any longer. The company we normally use did not get back right away.
