Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. They were recommended by another plumber because they know how to deal with cast iron pipes. The other companies who came to look did not want to touch this repair. The two plumbers I dealt with, Jake Barnhart (who did the work) and Nico (did the estimate) were excellent.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
Happy that this company came out right away to fix a leak in a pipe to the water heater. Our son and wife and three small kids live in the home that we own and they were without hot water the day before school was starting. And, the garage was getting flooded. We tried to do a rig on it to stop it from leaking all over to get through a day and a night but we could not wait any longer. The company we normally use did not get back right away. She told us the tech was under a home and she would try to reach him. We are not even sure if they would have come that day. We called Johnson Plumbing based on the reviews and the lady who I talked to was great and understood our situation. She said she would get back to me and she did promptly. A tech could be at the home between 2 and 4pm and he actually got there at 1:30. I made the call to them at around 11:30. The tech who came out knew his stuff and not only fixed the piped but worked on the tank to get hot water faster to the back of the home. Also, with a look at the water heater he mentioned it may not last more than a few years which is good because now we can prepare for a new one. Overall we were all very pleased with this company and a big kiddos to them coming out so quick.
