I was looking for a local lady as I was getting my permanent eyebrows done in Palm Springs, needed to go once a year, couldn't always make it. Jessica was referred to me and she is great. Have been going once a year about three times.
Jessica did my eyeliner and my brows ... never been happier !! It looks natural and I get compliments all the time !! Highly recommend !! She explains the process and it's virtually pain free ... she truly IS the BEST !!!
