Amethyst knows what she's doing. Every time I see her, I walk out the door with a new body. She listens to what your issue is & knows what to do to fix it. she has a soft relaxing touch that works out all the pain. She makes her own lotions & seems to know what "smell " will work best with what I need.

Reviews
There is so much Amethyst Payne does when you have an appointment! First, the Infrared is sauna is separate but totally worth it. It gets all the muscle and the mind to relax before your massage!
The Massage: Not only is her expertise amazing but you also get hot stones, hot towels, cupping, oils, salt scrubs, and (my favorite) fuzzy socks on your feet!I went in with severe neck pain and tightness and the amount of mobility I got back was fantastic!
I feel so much relief in my neck and shoulders, I almost have to pour myself off the table!
