Joseph and his assistant are wonderful. They are on time, professional, and very responsive. CCR Carpet Cleaning's price was extremely competitive, and they did an excellent job. Easy to schedule and they arrived when they said they would. I had them clean six rooms, a hallway, and an upholstered chair. The chair turned out much better than expected. I was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend using them, they are hard-working and do a fantastic job.
We called Joseph yesterday, Saturday, at 4:30 to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. He said they would usually be able to come out on a Sunday, but thought we might not want them to come today because it was a holiday. We agreed it was fine. He and Clyde showed up on time and went right to work. They were so professional and friendly, and they did an amazing job! Some of our 15-year-old carpets had some horrible stains. We have 3 children and a dog, so you can imagine how badly we needed the carpets cleaned. They look brand new! Joseph was fantastic! He was running late because of a prior job before my appointment but he communicated well, showed up, cleaned my carpets, and gave me great, friendly service! Not only did he provide great service, but his rate was highly affordable for what we needed to get done in comparison to other more 'corporate' options. I highly recommend CCR Carpet Cleaning and will definitely use their services again in the future.
