Meaghan is awesome! I've been going to her for several months in the aftermath of hip replacement and she has helped me to navigate back to functionality again. I had a myriad of issues following surgery and through therapeutic massage as well as Thai massage, she helped me to get my flexibility and mobility back. She's knowledgeable, focuses on the areas of importance and fun to hang out with for the duration of our time together. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Meaghan is thorough, pays attention to detail, and is extremely professional. Her profound knowledge, attentiveness, and focus on problem areas was just what this fitness guru needed. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I've been going to Meaghan for a few weeks so far and she is wonderful! I had a total shoulder replacement and she has been so helpful in my recovery AND she is located in south reno! I highly recommend her!
