This is the second time we've used this business and both times we've had good experiences. The owner, Jennifer, is very responsive and willing to accommodate client special requests.This time Wendy cleaned our home and she did a great job - we look forward to our next visit from Wendy!Update 9-28-2023: We've used Reno Custom Cleaning multiple times now and can happily report they still provide excellent customer service and communication on top of a great cleaning job by Wendy every time. Jennifer cleaned my office and conference room at my business yesterday. She did an absolutely amazing job!!! I would highly recommend her for sure. Will definitely be using her services again. A+++
