“First timer with a gift-card, a voucher, and a much needed reset. I felt flustered walking in because the trip there was a bit stressful (that's Reno for you). I was warmly greeted by the young man at the desk who immediately made me feel calm, LOVE his energy. I selected a stone for intention and was invited to release it into the fountain when I felt ready, which helped me begin to unwind from the real world. I was taken on a tour and shown to the locker room which is fully stocked and has an infared sauna as well as a steam sauna. Jolene at the bar makes an incredible espresso martini and is so kind and friendly!! Tri-tip sandwich was quite good for being a ready-to-eat meal from the fridge. It was super good, I highly recommend. Saw a lot of charcuterie plates that looked good too! Rachel did my (very first) facial and was so accommodating to what service was actually going to be best for me, and she cleaned my eyebrows up very well!! Misti made my hot stone massage both physically and mentally relaxing with her very calming demeanor and great conversation:) I appreciated the complimentary foot scrub for celebrating my birthday recently, and am obsessed with that scalp treatment I had! I had a great time mingling with the other guests, and I was recommended by a couple of them to look into the membership. I just might have to do that! I used the hot tub, day beds outside, as well as the meditation room. The ambience is unmatched to anything I've experienced before. Every detail was appreciated. “Dr. Dahan is such a wonderful surgeon and he’s got a great bedside manner. Truly wants the best outcome for his patients. His staff are wonderful as well. You walk in and you feel like immediately welcome. Surgery can be intimidating but not here. I had Dr Dahan remove silicone micro droplets I had injected into my lips many years ago and it’s a very complicated procedure but he exceeded my expectations and I’m still healing but he’s been so vested in the final outcome. He takes pride in making sure his patients are happy. I’m happy with both procedures I had with Dahan. If want a skilled surgeon who truly understands what your goals are and isn’t just out for your money he’s the one. He will take care of you!“

When I got there, Kendra took care of me got me in the violet room, which is one of my favorite rooms because it’s just so relaxing and also I’m pretty colorblind so I can never tell what color is actually happening in the room so it kind of shuts my brain off.
