The best plumbers in Reno hands down. I got multiple estimates from major companies within the city and it was refreshing to find there are still good honest companies out there. There service was very fast,within the day, and got my hot water heater working without paying $5k for a whole new heater. They are #1 in RGJ magazine for a reason! No brainer, choose Royal plumbing for all plumbing needs.
We are very happy with Marcus and Jaidin. I called Marcus just before the New Year holiday about a leak in our crawl space and a hose bib to be replaced. The office and Marcus were both very transparent about pricing prior to scheduling. Jaidin came out right after the holiday and identified the leak in the crawl space, got parts, repaired it, and replaced the hose bib in less than 3 hours. They were transparent about pricing for this as well before completing any work. Pricing is reasonable for the Reno area.
In addition, Jaidin was very clean and careful. He left no mess and wore shoe coverings in our home without having to be asked.
