Todd always goes the extra mile, and is genuinely interested in solving the issue at hand (mice, in our case). He texts with an accurate heads-up about arrival time, and stays as long as necessary to deal with any current issues. I’ve had other technicians with other companies that simply don’t measure up.

Angie is super helpful and knowledgeable. She treats our family like her own and is always inviting our intrigued daughter to come help her when spraying while doing it fun and safely. Would recommend her any day!

A wasp service was requested since beginning in late fall quite a few large paper wasps were in the house.Todd Miller arrived at the end of a long day and was focused, worked efficiently and gave me a lot of information about the wasp situation and other potential problems. In his completed service email he sent photos of his work and the issues he encountered. Todd also went the extra mile by adjusting and checking bait stations and reseting traps along with pointing out potential future issues.
