The customer service reps are always very polite and helpful, and the technicians that have come out for my pest control services are friendly, thorough and send me a summary of services shortly after they finish.
Steve came by and really did a great job of explaining the type of pests we could be seeing around our property. He cleaned up around the perimeter and emphasized that he is available whenever a pest situation crops up.
