We used Neil Adams to do a full remodel of our kitchen and dining room over the winter of 2015/16. Yes we did a remodel in winter! We found Neil through our designer and got several bids from other contractors also. Neil was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but the attention to detail in his bid and follow up discussions was exceptional. We had a bit of sticker shock on the cost, but Neil was very thorough and patient in explaining where all the big expenses were (we were taking out structural walls and expanding the foundation).
