So nice informative and answered a bunch of questions it was so appreciated they also give you a couple of weeks if they have to order something in so you have time to cover it which is so nice I will keep this place as a go to for key stuff and they will get all my recommendations for anyone in need. They definitely know their stuff usually have reasonable prices for most things and are patient and helpful even if they are busy which was awesome. I had called at least 10 locksmith's in Reno and not one of them was able/willing to pick and make a new key for my 1965 Lincoln Convertible ignition switch (loose). I came into Andy's and they were able to have me back on the road in 30 mins. Quick and very reasonable rates.

I came in with half a key that I’ve attempted to get copied at a couple of Home Depots and Walmart however no one could help me. I needed to be able to get into my file cabinet as I have very important documents in it. I was referred to Andy’s Lock and Keys by one of the Home Depot employees and I’m so glad I discovered them. I came 5 minutes before their closing time and they welcomed me and got me a key. Told me that it may or may not work. Took the key and tried it and came back the next day to thank them! Absolutely wonderful people…Matt was kind, friendly, honest and knew exactly what he can do! Thank you!
