“If you’re looking into training for your dogs, this is the program & trainer. Our two Jack Russells just finished their 10 day training & it is amazing to see the difference in them. Callie is 5 yo and needed some confidence building & she is much more confident now. Finn is 6 mo and needed all the foundational skills. He has made huge strides in minding commands. There was also some aggression with each other with toys & food & also some with other dogs while on walks and they pulled so hard on leash. They now heel quite well, apart and together. Whether going on longer walks, or shorter, the pups are mentally engaged & focusing really well. The place command is going to be substantial so the pups have a safe place to remain while we are preoccupied with cooking, as example. I loved how Rick sent updates of the work they completed each day & the videos to see the progress. We also appreciate the opportunity later, if needed, to have refresher training. We are planning to travel quite a bit with the pups, so this will make them more balanced for all types of scenarios. Pickup day was exciting for all of us & to see the dogs responding so well to our commands so quickly cements that they understand what they’ve learned with this program. “I can't express enough how thankful I am for the whole staff at Klaich!! Both of my pets have complex chronic medical issues and Dr. Nichols has always been so knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and generally all-around amazing. The front desk staff is such an awesome and friendly group and the pharmacy team is so quick at filling prescriptions and letting you know when they're ready. It's so amazing when a vet office truly cares about the animals they're taking care of and takes the time to really listen to pet owners and handle pets with care and compassion. Truly the best vet ever :)“

“First review about this place and I may have updates: It is our Beagle's second day here. Our dog has some anxiety/fear toward strangers (he is fine with dogs) and he's going through regular behavior training with Bark Busters (another great company). Before we moved to Reno, NV, we had paid a visit to Pet Play House and explained the situation to them. We travel a lot and need a safe/friendly place where the dog eventually feels comfortable just like where he used to go before we moved to Reno.The entire place seems well maintained including their overnight boarding areas, pet play areas, and common areas. The lobby is inviting, and the staff seems friendly.On my dog's first day there, he was obviously nervous, everything is new to him including the house, surroundings, people, and the daycare. He did bark a bit but it looks like the staff took it slow and eased him into the whole strenuous experience. We took a break next day and took him back there again and he jumped out of the car eager to go in and make friends again. The second time we took him there was better - he greeted the friendly girl who he met last time and it seems to be going okay.To most people, this review will be overly informative, but to those with dogs that are fearful/anxious, let me tell you know incredibly important it is to have such an establishment around. It is a sure shot way to continue to socialize them and tire them out.I continue to look forward to making our pet a part of your amazing play house. My wife and I are forever grateful to you and your staff already :)UPDATED JAN 1, 2024: This place is still going strong. We just picked up our dog after a solid week of boarding here and we couldn’t be happier.“
“We had the best experience with Jennifer! She is so patient and such a great teacher with both our dog and us humans! Through the process our dog Sadie went from an anxious wreck jumping on counters and chewing up pillows after being alone for 15 minutes to being able to stay home for 5+ hours with no issues! Sadie still has some work to do but Jennifer gave us the tools help Sadie get there on our own! We are so grateful for all her help.“

“My puppy Dunkin loves Camp Bow Wow! He comes home exhausted everyday from playing and running around all day. The workers are so friendly, informative & sweet! Sienna is one of Dunkin’s favorites. 10/10 recommend putting your dog here for daycare, grooming, boarding, or whatever else you need! They have it all.“

“I have a very active puppy and Adventure Pet handles her with such professionalism. They separate her from other dogs when she needs a break but is too stubborn to take a break herself! And I’m still told by many workers they think she is such a good sweet puppy. She is happily tired the rest of the day after pick up. So grateful for this place“
“Kaylea is the best! Boarding & Training with her is worth investing in. Our dog - a Border Collie and Staffy mix - loves trails and adventures but isn’t the best at off-leash recall. Now we’re able to take him to a lot of places and have a lot more fun. He heels so easily on walks. He comes back so quickly when called. A lot less stressful for us whenever he meets new dogs and people. After training, our dog came back happy and easier to communicate with.“
