Titan Plumbing is a proud, local, family-owned plumbing company based in Reno, NV. They are committed to providing honest, quality plumbing services with a focus on repair whenever possible. Diego Yanez did a wonderful job fixing a leak; he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He was on time, knew right away what was wrong, and fixed it right away. He was very courteous and polite. Another customer was losing their marbles, but Diego was super fast and efficient with their work, making their house a functioning home again. Daniel came early in the morning and opened up the line for a blockage to go through. He diagnosed the blockage in the line by camera. Daniel is awesome, caring, and listening. The secretary was awesome and caring as well. Chris at Titan Plumbing was a very good plumber, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. He found a leak right away and fixed it. Customers feel Titan is the best people who care about their customers.
Titan Plumbing worked my repair quickly into their schedule. Got the work done quickly and my tenants are happy and my property will not have water damage. Thank you Titan for a job well done.
Contacted Titan at 8am after my tenant told me water was coming out of the shower drain after she flushed the toilet! Chris got one of his guys to my rental property before 2pm! Charles here! I highly recommend Titan Plumbing! They were paired with me through the Home Serve warranty insurance plan. Thomas was my tech and he took care of inspecting the sewer line problem, relaying the info to Home Serve, and following through with the repair once it was all approved.
