Titan Plumbing is a proud, local, family-owned plumbing company based in Reno, NV. They are committed to providing honest, quality plumbing services with a focus on repair whenever possible. Diego Yanez did a wonderful job fixing a leak; he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He was on time, knew right away what was wrong, and fixed it right away. He was very courteous and polite. Another customer was losing their marbles, but Diego was super fast and efficient with their work, making their house a functioning home again. Daniel came early in the morning and opened up the line for a blockage to go through. He diagnosed the blockage in the line by camera. Daniel is awesome, caring, and listening. The secretary was awesome and caring as well. Chris at Titan Plumbing was a very good plumber, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. He found a leak right away and fixed it. Customers feel Titan is the best people who care about their customers.

We had not had a shower or wash clothes in 5 days . Had to go to the bathroom next door . Daniel came early this morning and “ opened up” the line for our blockage to go thru . We still have some issues , some blockage is still there . But for today we can shower and use the bathroom. Daniel diagnosed a blockage in the line by camera and we are watching that as it is still in the pipe. Daniel is awesome, caring , listening, and I feel he will get the blockage out as soon as I get back . I have a wedding that my son in Seattle is having and I leave tomorrow. I legit was losing my marbles!!! And Diego Yanez was super fast and efficient with his work. My home is back and I no longer have to wash dishes with a bucket.
