I had a great experience. I do not like going to get my hair cut, I'm very indecisive, I don't care to hold conversation, I don't care to be touched, I never do anything with my hair anyway.
However, I called to check their hours, which they vary with technicians availability (ballpark usual business hours like 9-5). Maria texted me (they asked if text was ok since I was about to be at work and not able to answer calls) I had limited availability and she was able to take me in the very next morning (which I appreciated as I likely would have just postponed for another year). She was finished in the time frame I had available - and even styled my hair! (She asked if it was okay first) I've never had curls before and I'll say it was a pleasant experience! Opened up my eyes to more styling possibilities.
She mentioned some products used but didn't push any sales at the end (which for me was perfect, the haircut alone is overwhelming && I don't want to hear about confusing products for more money yet)
I definitely plan on visiting again! I won't wait a couple years for a cut this time ☺️

My stylist for many years was not working this particular day, but I somewhat nervously had another stylist (Prisela) cut my hair....and she did a beautiful job! I usually leave and come back another day, but I'm glad I changed my mind this time.

You don’t know what you are missing if you haven’t tried this Very Cool Well Established Barber Shop. Richard is my barber and I am a 60 something female, that likes military short. He works Wens from 7:30 a- 12:00 noon. The conversation is always good with a relaxed atmosphere. I make an appt every two weeks.
I have lived here 55 years and these guys know the scoop??. I travel across town for the experience. The cut is totally affordable and that gives room for a big tip.????????

Kelly is a THE BEST. I was referred to her by a friend and I’m so glad I called her! I felt welcomed and comfortable from the first experience and continue to each time I get a tan from her. With her aftercare products I’m about to go nearly 2 weeks between tans which is amazing. She’s detailed and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy including customizing my color to work best with my skin tone because everyone is unique. She’s truly amazing! Called for an appointment before hand. I got in and out in a little under 40 minutes. The place was clean the staff member I talked to and that did my nails was nice and welcoming. My nails look amazing and there exactly the way I wanted them too. I will be coming again for the foreseeable future!

Every business can have bad reviews. I don't judge a salon by a few reviews. I'd already tried 3 salons in Sparks. Terrible job. Got tired of driving over 11 mi. The final straw was having 3 pedicures (2 adults , 1 child) for $150. Ridiculous.
First, ask for Anna. I am thrilled with the quality and they don't overcharge. She asked questions and repeated the answer back to me for clarification. She listened. You can't get better than that. I was thrilled and highly recommend her.

Chelsea is the best. I went to her for a year or so to get my partial highlight and cuts. Always looked so great. Then, I tried weft extensions about six months ago. She has done an amazing job and they keep looking better and better!

My finished basement flooded and there was water everywhere. Brian went above and beyond to help! All the wool area rugs where soaking wet. He helped me move them out and they where HEAVY. I called Root-O-Matic for my tankless water heater which had been throwing an error code. JJ came out to my home the very next day to investigate and fix the issue. The staff when calling in is very personable and JJ was very respectful and took the time to explain everything he was doing, make recommendations to help upkeep our equipment and ensure he had fully resolved our issue.

Rodney quickly responded to our inquiry about needing a new water heater. The home was due to close escrow in 3 days and we needed plumbing help ASAP. Johnson Plumbing got us on their schedule and progressed with the work.
Supreme Plumbing installed a tankless water heater at my house. We had an old electric water heater, which they swapped out for the tankless, and ran new gas piping for the tankless. Yvessa in the office was super friendly and got us on the schedule right away. My water heater stopped working and was leaking water everywhere. I contacted Joe, and he came to take a look within a few hours. A new water heater was installed, and the old one was removed by that afternoon. It was one of the easiest and most stress-free situations we've had, especially since we were expecting the opposite. We are so thankful.

I had recently purchase a sauna for my house. However, after completing the build process of the sauna, the sauna heater needed to be professionally installed by a licensed electrician. So, my friend who was helping me build it, called Allied Electric, inc. and talked to somebody in the office. What I didn’t expect was for them to be available to come take a look at it that same day and rather quick as well. I needed them to give me a quote on how much it would cost to hardwire the sauna heater (it’s an 8kw heater) to my house.
Alex Maclean (the electrician) came out to my house and was super friendly and very personable, awesome guy and very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He explained everything very simple and gave me an estimate that day. Of course, the estimate he gives his clients may of course fluctuate by the end of the job being performed, be it extra materials, unforeseen and/or unexpected whatever it may be. However, he told me he would give his thoughts to his boss and get back to me via email with a quote.
Later I got the email with the estimated quote for two electricians for 6 hours to install and hardwire my sauna heater (which was lower than what we had expected). And they said they could come out just 3 days after my initial call and same day quote. That is impressive.
So, three days later, they showed up on time and completely ready and equipped to do the work and finish the work that day. Not only did they do a fantastic job hooking up and hardwiring my sauna heater to my house. They finished the job flawlessly in, get this, HALF the time they estimated. So, that in itself, speaks volumes.
Alex and his partner work for Allied Electric. They put in the time and effort to learn and train for their skill trade and it shows. Alex is an impressive electrician. He knows what he’s doing and he does immaculately. Need I say more.

These guys were great, Angel showed up with another electrician, I explained our problem to them and they immediately got to work. They confirmed the issue in minutes and then they were able to fix it a couple minutes after that, bad breaker. They were fast efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned and polished our granite in the kitchen and it looks great. BUT they worked wonders on our bathroom Piedrafina countertops! These countertops had were scratched and dull - an absolute disaster. Now these countertops look brand new - the beautiful Piedrafina that was installed 9 years ago.

Frankful Flooring installed carpet we purchased at RC Wiley. The installation couple did an excellent job. They called day of install to say when they would arrive; arrived and got busy moving furniture out of the room and installing our carpet. They had excellent communication and did a great job installing the carpet. Very pleased.

Reno floors installed our carpet yesterday. They did a wonderful job, were neat and fast and very polite and friendly. I had made the mistake of ordering carpet from Home Depot. Home Depot made a giant mess of it and were impossible to contact after the purchase and the manager was horrible once I finally heard back from him four days later, so do yourself a favor and book direct with Reno Floors. They did an amazing job. I had water damage in my kitchen so I had to remove the old laminate flooring. I had multiple companies give me an estimate and they were one if the few that could start the next day and at a price that beat the others by over 500.00. They installer was early to the appointment and was already set up before the start time which was great.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I first met Greg the owner several years ago and was impressed both by his willingness to answer my questions and his open and friendly demeanor. He is extremely professional, a great communicator, always on time, and someone who clearly cares deeply about his employees and customers. Since then I have had his company do all of my tile work and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else as the work they do is outstanding. They also do an amazing clean up job and were it not for the beautiful tile work I wouldn't even know they had been in my house. I highly recommend Tile and Stone Creations.
Look no further. This team of painters is amazing! From first conversations with Neil to the ten days working with Fernando and his crew on our mid-century modern house painting project, the communication and professionalism was excellent. They are proud of their work and it shows. Ours felt like a special case in that we had concrete and wood surfaces and needed some solid technical advice and support in deciding what to use for paints and stains. They know what they are talking about, and the house came out really well done. Sharp edges, clean lines, detailed prep work, fine painting and clean up. Accommodating and responsive, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a high end finish on their home.
We had Mill Street Cabinets, Paul and Mike, reface our lower kitchen cabinets. Paul came out a few times to measure and to check the color and the glaze on the refacing to be sure that it was a match and a product we would like. They are incredibly professional and service oriented which is hard to find in today's world.The cabinets that they had to match were an off-white with a cocoa glaze. it was no small feat. Paul worked with the manufacturer very closely to be sure that they would match. The cabinets that they were refacing were oak. The new cabinets are beautiful. They match almost perfectly.The installation process went smoothly. They did a fantastic job installing the draws, doors and panels. We love our new cabinets.The below pictures show the before and after. The picture with the wine chill is our island and that is what they were matching the new cabinets too.We had a small issue with one of the panels, after installation, and Paul came out the next day and checked it out. I had a upstairs toilet that had leaked for a long time. I created a lot of mold on a downstairs wall! Advanced Installations was contracted to remove the mold on the drywall and 2x4 studs behind it! It was a mess. They did a great job! I also contracted with them to replace the 2x4s and drywall! Their crew of Mike and Jim were superb! The work was done quickly, and I am very happy with the result! Tony and Pat kept me informed! I would use Advanced Installations again!
Today my tire blew out and shredded on the freeway. Jay was at the freeway exit and offered to put on the spare. He was delightful; and so helpful all the while easing my anxiety. Gabino was great wanted to give him 5 stars his crew was great!! His communication was not great and as long as you have plenty of time to get your job completed they do a great job!! Janine and her team have helped us out in so many ways, not the least of which is the irrigation system turn on/off which was pretty much a mystery to two people who lived in Southern California for 40 years
This year, we also signed up for snow removal services. Although we didn't have a lot of snow this year, Janine helped us to get the front walks and driveway shoveled promptly. As we are getting older, this is a major relief not to have to worry about it.

Marx was at my house within 10 minutes of calling him to request a quote and he was able to provide an estimate on site with a follow up quote within a couple hours to match. The price was absolutely unbeatable compared to previous arborist work I have had done. We scheduled the work for six weeks out and Marx was able to pull it up by four weeks due to a job cancellation. The crew was onsite promptly at 8:00 am and had five medium pine trees and one large spruce removed, with stump grinding, by lunch. The crew was friendly and professional and the site was completely cleaned before they left. I would highly recommend this company for tree services. Unbeatable price with excellent service.

I was having a horrible toothache, and they got me in the next day. Filled out the paperwork online , so when I got there had really no wait time at all. Was out about an hour and half later , less a tooth ?. Dr McEvoy knew I was quite nervous , and she made the process as easy as she could. Told me exactly what to expect , every step of the way , I had no fear , and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it went. Now I am at home with minimal pain. I am very careful when it comes to anybody touching my spine. I've had five major back surgeries and a severe car accident that messed up my neck the only chiropractor that I would go to was in my town of Elko nevada. I am now down here in Reno and it took me several years to find someone that I trusted. This chiropractor hands down is extremely gifted and careful. I highly recommend him to anyone. Especially as a working professional in the medical field myself I use my health savings card and it's very affordable.
I went in with pain, came out feeling great! It was my first visit, and it worked. The soreness is gone, and walking and sitting are much more comfortable. This is my new office for chiropractic treatments.

I have seen a ganstead chiropractor for years. He took X-rays and ALWAYS re-evaluated them. When I moved I was hesitant to see just anyone. With my career and being rear ended my neck has been a challenge. I finally saw a chiropractor in my area and I felt very uncomfortable he never asked about X-rays and I always felt worse. 1 year later I was told of Dr Brecke by a few of my neighbors. I made a phone call and the front desk “Jules” made me feel like I was being heard. They got me in and stayed late for me. He took my Xrays and told me things I’ve heard before and some I had not- I work in dental and I could now visually see my jaw deviated to one side! . He looked at my whole body not just my neck. When he adjusted me I didn’t even realize I was being adjusted but I felt better. The pressure was gone! I can’t even write into words the pain I had for weeks and within an hour it was 80% better and this was my first appt. The initial cost was worth it and to know he is not adjusting me blindly and with X-rays can see where my problem areas are. Even my initial appt the massage therapist was there and giving pointers on how to help my knees. How I wish I came sooner, super sweet people- and a wonderful office. Even my sinus is better ?
Dr. S is Always educating and helping fix my discomfort. He has actually given me back alot of energy and ability. He is the only person I know, who's advice decreases his income... he focuses on healing not his gain... I recommend Omni chiro for anyone in functional pain!

The people here are great. When I first took my cat there, the vet suggested I get pet insurance . So I did. A few months later, my cat, Cupcake, needed dental surgery. The insurance company at first refused my claim. Then the Sage staff helped me submit it again and I got paid. You can tell the people at Sage really love animals.

I registered my wife for a lesson with Christopher. She is 61 and has been challenged with passing her test. I think that Christopher was able to address some of her shortcomings and with a little more practice finally pas her driving test. My wife's English is limited but Christopher was patient and was able to convey the corrections my wife needed to feel more confident behind the wheel
