I had a great experience. I do not like going to get my hair cut, I'm very indecisive, I don't care to hold conversation, I don't care to be touched, I never do anything with my hair anyway.
However, I called to check their hours, which they vary with technicians availability (ballpark usual business hours like 9-5). Maria texted me (they asked if text was ok since I was about to be at work and not able to answer calls) I had limited availability and she was able to take me in the very next morning (which I appreciated as I likely would have just postponed for another year). She was finished in the time frame I had available - and even styled my hair! (She asked if it was okay first) I've never had curls before and I'll say it was a pleasant experience! Opened up my eyes to more styling possibilities.
She mentioned some products used but didn't push any sales at the end (which for me was perfect, the haircut alone is overwhelming && I don't want to hear about confusing products for more money yet)
I definitely plan on visiting again! I won't wait a couple years for a cut this time ☺️

You don’t know what you are missing if you haven’t tried this Very Cool Well Established Barber Shop. Richard is my barber and I am a 60 something female, that likes military short. He works Wens from 7:30 a- 12:00 noon. The conversation is always good with a relaxed atmosphere. I make an appt every two weeks.
I have lived here 55 years and these guys know the scoop??. I travel across town for the experience. The cut is totally affordable and that gives room for a big tip.????????

Kelly is a THE BEST. I was referred to her by a friend and I’m so glad I called her! I felt welcomed and comfortable from the first experience and continue to each time I get a tan from her. With her aftercare products I’m about to go nearly 2 weeks between tans which is amazing. She’s detailed and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy including customizing my color to work best with my skin tone because everyone is unique. She’s truly amazing! Called for an appointment before hand. I got in and out in a little under 40 minutes. The place was clean the staff member I talked to and that did my nails was nice and welcoming. My nails look amazing and there exactly the way I wanted them too. I will be coming again for the foreseeable future!

Every business can have bad reviews. I don't judge a salon by a few reviews. I'd already tried 3 salons in Sparks. Terrible job. Got tired of driving over 11 mi. The final straw was having 3 pedicures (2 adults , 1 child) for $150. Ridiculous.
First, ask for Anna. I am thrilled with the quality and they don't overcharge. She asked questions and repeated the answer back to me for clarification. She listened. You can't get better than that. I was thrilled and highly recommend her.

PHS destroys the current corporate and clinical approach of supposedly modern beauty salons, which these days lack that personal connection with their clients. Kate and Barbara have truly achieved a fantastic vibe. Heather was my assigned artist. And she is awesome. Open, friendly, fun, and absolutely invested in what it was I was after for my mop of thinning hair. Constant conversation during the cut regarding the layering, feathering, length, "clunkiness," and overall feel of her work. I am a fussy, pain-in-the-derriere type of client. Not today. I enjoyed my entire experience so much, not only will I be back, but I booked my wife in with Heather for next week. Thats "two snaps up (in a Z formation)" from me !

I have been seeing Tracy with All Eyes on You Aesthetics for over 15 years for eyebrow waxing. She does both men and women in a way that looks natural but opens up the eyes. Took like 10 years off my sweethearts face just by shaping his brows! She does wonderful facial and skin care. Her facials were incredibly helpful to someone I knew with cystic acne. Really helped with feeling better about herself. She specializes in and is certified in XTREME lashes. They are very high quality rather than those cheaper looking ones that some places use. She can do them however you like - lush and thick or more wispy and light. She listens to what you want . She's truly an artist and such a sweet person too. I can't recommend her enough and should have written this review years earlier

But what he walked me through doing over the phone actually resolved the issue. He refused to let me pay him anything for his help. Supreme Plumbing installed a tankless water heater at my house. We had an old electric water heater, which they swapped out for the tankless, and ran new gas piping for the tankless. Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. From the first initial steps with staff communication I was happy with the interactions and were impressed with how they just didn't slap on the most expensive thing they could and call it a day.Then the technician arrived right on time and he absolutely knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for what he needed to do to be able to give me the best options and explaining the pros/cons of each one. This company is not out to nickel and dime you, but are actually for the customer and will give you knowledge of your situation. They are fair, give you all your options, and let you make an educated decision for yourself instead of telling you to go with the most expensive route. I will 1000% be going back to them for other plumbing needs I have.I honestly can't say enough about this company. From start to finish it was a great experience and I felt very important as the customer.
Can I give 10 stars?! I was referred to Best by my favorite HVAC company, and I'm glad I was.
I had a pretty significant job - replumbing my 1957 home, removing all the heavily rusted galvanized pipe and replacing with aquapex. I expected to pay a lot for this job, especially based on the quotes I got from the big companies with the billboards you see all the time (over $18,000). Best's quote was less than half for MORE work, AND my water was restored every night so I didn't have to check into a hotellike the other guys recommended.
The entire job took only 3.5 days (the other guys quoted 5 days), and the team was on time at my house every morning.
They had a lot of recommendations to correct some handy homeowner work that's been done over the years by prior owners, and we will be starting that in the spring.
I will not only always use Best, but I will recommend them to all my clients!

From start to finish, my husband and I had a great experience with BrightLife Electric. Communication, responsiveness, and expertise were all top-notch. On Dec 23, owner Shannon arrived on time to give us a bid on the various electrical tasks we wanted done. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, but she also suggested several options which we had not considered and appreciated hearing. Within a few days we received a very reasonable bid, which included a military discount (thank you for your patriotism, Shannon!). On Jan 20, 2026, Stephen arrived a few minutes early and went over the list of tasks with my husband, making sure everyone understood the particulars clearly. Stephen mentioned that a wire might not be able to be run down a wall from the attic and explained he might need to cut a hole in the wall. After a call to Shannon (to which she responded right away), she gave us a few options about the sizing of the hole, if it was needed. After everything was agreed upon, Stephen got to work. A short time later, Joe arrived, and lucky him, he was the one who had the honor of climbing into our attic. Before he started, he laid plastic on the floor of our closet (which is where the attic access door can be found) and over all our clothes and shelves so no insulation or other debris would end up on our belongings or carpet. Throughout the process, Stephen and Joe were friendly, efficient, and happy to answer questions. They cleaned up as they went along and did a final cleanup at the end of the day. An added bonus was supporting a woman-owned business. I would not sacrifice quality work just to support a minority or local business, but if such a business does great work, it is a win-win. If you are looking for a great electrical company, BrightLife should be your first call. UPDATE 2-13-2026: Once again, a great experience with BrightLife! Everything connected to electricity in our backyard stopped working – the pond’s waterfall, lighting, and timers. On Feb 12, 2026, Joe arrived right on time and began checking panel switches and outlets to determine the cause. At first it was a mystery worthy of Sherlock Holmes, but Joe put on his detective hat, braved our crawlspace, and figured it out (it ended up being a GFI switch in a completely unlikely location in relation to anything electrical in the backyard). Thank you!

I had recently purchase a sauna for my house. However, after completing the build process of the sauna, the sauna heater needed to be professionally installed by a licensed electrician. So, my friend who was helping me build it, called Allied Electric, inc. and talked to somebody in the office. What I didn’t expect was for them to be available to come take a look at it that same day and rather quick as well. I needed them to give me a quote on how much it would cost to hardwire the sauna heater (it’s an 8kw heater) to my house.
Alex Maclean (the electrician) came out to my house and was super friendly and very personable, awesome guy and very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He explained everything very simple and gave me an estimate that day. Of course, the estimate he gives his clients may of course fluctuate by the end of the job being performed, be it extra materials, unforeseen and/or unexpected whatever it may be. However, he told me he would give his thoughts to his boss and get back to me via email with a quote.
Later I got the email with the estimated quote for two electricians for 6 hours to install and hardwire my sauna heater (which was lower than what we had expected). And they said they could come out just 3 days after my initial call and same day quote. That is impressive.
So, three days later, they showed up on time and completely ready and equipped to do the work and finish the work that day. Not only did they do a fantastic job hooking up and hardwiring my sauna heater to my house. They finished the job flawlessly in, get this, HALF the time they estimated. So, that in itself, speaks volumes.
Alex and his partner work for Allied Electric. They put in the time and effort to learn and train for their skill trade and it shows. Alex is an impressive electrician. He knows what he’s doing and he does immaculately. Need I say more.

These guys were great, Angel showed up with another electrician, I explained our problem to them and they immediately got to work. They confirmed the issue in minutes and then they were able to fix it a couple minutes after that, bad breaker. They were fast efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Full Steam has been the best carpet cleaning service for Kromer investments for the last couple of years. I had multiple companies give me an estimate and they were one if the few that could start the next day and at a price that beat the others by over 500.00. They installer was early to the appointment and was already set up before the start time which was great.

We had to have deck boards and railings and steps replaced! They were honest about what needed to be done and made the deck look like it was just built! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I first met Greg the owner several years ago and was impressed both by his willingness to answer my questions and his open and friendly demeanor. Look no further. This team of painters is amazing! From first conversations with Neil to the ten days working with Fernando and his crew on our mid-century modern house painting project, the communication and professionalism was excellent. They are proud of their work and it shows. Ours felt like a special case in that we had concrete and wood surfaces and needed some solid technical advice and support in deciding what to use for paints and stains. They know what they are talking about, and the house came out really well done. Sharp edges, clean lines, detailed prep work, fine painting and clean up. Accommodating and responsive, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a high end finish on their home.
We had Mill Street Cabinets, Paul and Mike, reface our lower kitchen cabinets. Paul came out a few times to measure and to check the color and the glaze on the refacing to be sure that it was a match and a product we would like. They are incredibly professional and service oriented which is hard to find in today's world.The cabinets that they had to match were an off-white with a cocoa glaze. it was no small feat. Paul worked with the manufacturer very closely to be sure that they would match. The cabinets that they were refacing were oak. The new cabinets are beautiful. They match almost perfectly.The installation process went smoothly. They did a fantastic job installing the draws, doors and panels. We love our new cabinets.The below pictures show the before and after. The picture with the wine chill is our island and that is what they were matching the new cabinets too.We had a small issue with one of the panels, after installation, and Paul came out the next day and checked it out. Jaymes gets it done. The great thing about Jaymes is that he does what he says and is very open to unique project requirements. We had several contractors limit their scope of work, but Jaymes took on all the areas of work including demo, island modifications, countertops and back splash. The team who installed the quartz countertops were top notch and could not have done a better job. They were so professional and caring. I had a upstairs toilet that had leaked for a long time. I created a lot of mold on a downstairs wall! Advanced Installations was contracted to remove the mold on the drywall and 2x4 studs behind it! It was a mess. They did a great job! I also contracted with them to replace the 2x4s and drywall! Their crew of Mike and Jim were superb! The work was done quickly, and I am very happy with the result! Tony and Pat kept me informed! I would use Advanced Installations again!

I don't do many reviews, but I feel I would be doing a disservice for anyone looking to do any size outdoor landscape project without sharing my experience with DRC. From the beginning, Tracie and Danny were very receptive to our wants and needs. Tracie's attention to details was excellent and although she doesn't consider herself an architect, her vision is exceptional. The crew we had was awesome. Mario, Julio and Arturo were so patient and kind. Many times we made changes and they never skipped a beat. They would even do small things that we didn't even ask for making the 4 week overall of our backyard and construction so much more bearable. Luis was also great to work with...asking questions and confirming plans along the way. I can't emphasize enough how happy we are with our transformation. I highly recommend DRC for any and all landscape project and needs.

The concrete patio they poured was great and the color was perfect with the pergola cover that was installed. They met and exceeded every expectation.

I think Gabino has a lot of jobs going and has a hard time completing jobs in a timely matter! But he eventually does get it done!!

Was out about an hour and half later , less a tooth ?. Dr McEvoy knew I was quite nervous , and she made the process as easy as she could. I have seen a ganstead chiropractor for years. He took X-rays and ALWAYS re-evaluated them. When I moved I was hesitant to see just anyone. With my career and being rear ended my neck has been a challenge. I finally saw a chiropractor in my area and I felt very uncomfortable he never asked about X-rays and I always felt worse. 1 year later I was told of Dr Brecke by a few of my neighbors. I made a phone call and the front desk “Jules” made me feel like I was being heard. They got me in and stayed late for me. He took my Xrays and told me things I’ve heard before and some I had not- I work in dental and I could now visually see my jaw deviated to one side! . He looked at my whole body not just my neck. When he adjusted me I didn’t even realize I was being adjusted but I felt better. The pressure was gone! I can’t even write into words the pain I had for weeks and within an hour it was 80% better and this was my first appt. The initial cost was worth it and to know he is not adjusting me blindly and with X-rays can see where my problem areas are. Even my initial appt the massage therapist was there and giving pointers on how to help my knees. How I wish I came sooner, super sweet people- and a wonderful office. Even my sinus is better ?
Dr. S is Always educating and helping fix my discomfort. He has actually given me back alot of energy and ability. He is the only person I know, who's advice decreases his income... he focuses on healing not his gain... I recommend Omni chiro for anyone in functional pain!

I registered my wife for a lesson with Christopher. She is 61 and has been challenged with passing her test. I think that Christopher was able to address some of her shortcomings and with a little more practice finally pas her driving test. My wife's English is limited but Christopher was patient and was able to convey the corrections my wife needed to feel more confident behind the wheel
