Great service and comfortable environment. Easy to talk to and she was the best I found in Reno. Alexi pays close attention to detail and cares about the work. Doesn’t fly through with no care but doesn’t take too much time and elongate the service unnecessarily. Would continue to come back just for Alexi!

I decided on a whim that I wanted to get my face waxed here rather than at a nail salon. The girls in the front were very sweet and welcoming and they took me as a walk-in swiftly. I was waxed by a great cosmetologist named Sarah who was kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions. She had my cheeks and chin feeling smoother than i thought possible, especially considering my hair growth was in many directions due to me shaving. Will def be back!!!

I went into EWC for the FIRST time. I loved every second of my service. Leah was super cheerful and amazing. From now on she will be my go to eyebrow girl. She did a spectacular job!!!
