This was my first yoga class I've taken and I'm so glad it was with YogaSix. Melissa was so welcoming and happy to answer my questions. It was such a comfortable environment and the Y6 101 class was perfect for beginners. The studio was very clean and relaxing. I left feeling energized and will be back for more classes! If you're thinking of booking that class, do it! You won't regret it.

I LOVE this studio! It’s very clean and welcoming. I generally do the power yoga classes and sculpt and flow. The sculpt and flow classes are extremely challenging and overall it’s my favorite workout class. Try taking Christin or Kaitlyn’s class!

Having a physical job is demanding on my body. It's always so welcoming to come in to the studio and let things go. Alex is so knowledgeable and very clear on her poses and how to safely move into them. All of the instructors at your studio are so helpful and encouraging!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
