I spoke with Lori over the phone to find out if she had the pineapple purse design of Nov 23. She confirmed it was available thru their digital design offering. I also found it on their not so easy to use catalog of their store. I was able to buy it thru their store and it stitched out perfectly
I have had NOTHING but great service at A1 and they bend over backwards to help any way they can. I suggest if you live in the area...go there. Very busy shop so they must be doing things right. BTW, I live out of state and still get great assistance from them when I seek help. Watch&Sub to their 9:30 PST program on Youtube T-F.
My MIL had her vacuum cleaner serviced here again. She has been using their services for over 20 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The floor space is pretty crowded, but it is a vacuum and sewing store, and I expected that.I was only there 10 minutes, even with other customers already in the store being helped.I plan on going back to check out the fabrics and sewing notions.
