My carpet is 11 years old. There have been pets and kids in and out for 11 years. They were not in terrible shape, but they definitely needed sprucing up. I could not be happier with the results today. A prompt, friendly technician measured, explained the process and made suggestions and was in and out in about an hour and a half. He even played with the dog for a minute. I have no reservations recommending Chem-Dry carpet cleaners.
Great service, really friendly technicians. My spoiled boy cat pees on the recliner and sofa when he doesn’t get his way. They came out and got all of the smell out of both. He then did it again so they came out and redid the recliner for cost of materials. Awesome people!!

He did a superior job.
