“First timer with a gift-card, a voucher, and a much needed reset. I felt flustered walking in because the trip there was a bit stressful (that's Reno for you). I was warmly greeted by the young man at the desk who immediately made me feel calm, LOVE his energy. I selected a stone for intention and was invited to release it into the fountain when I felt ready, which helped me begin to unwind from the real world. I was taken on a tour and shown to the locker room which is fully stocked and has an infared sauna as well as a steam sauna. Jolene at the bar makes an incredible espresso martini and is so kind and friendly!! Tri-tip sandwich was quite good for being a ready-to-eat meal from the fridge. It was super good, I highly recommend. Saw a lot of charcuterie plates that looked good too! Rachel did my (very first) facial and was so accommodating to what service was actually going to be best for me, and she cleaned my eyebrows up very well!! Misti made my hot stone massage both physically and mentally relaxing with her very calming demeanor and great conversation:) I appreciated the complimentary foot scrub for celebrating my birthday recently, and am obsessed with that scalp treatment I had! I had a great time mingling with the other guests, and I was recommended by a couple of them to look into the membership. I just might have to do that! I used the hot tub, day beds outside, as well as the meditation room. The ambience is unmatched to anything I've experienced before. Every detail was appreciated. “Where to begin! First off, Julia is such a wealth of knowledge. She and I talked everything from stress to sleep habits (I work night shift occasionally) to lifestyle and dietary choices. I love this holistic approach to skin health that you won’t find in a med spa or derm’s office. She’s also so mindful of resources and not only recommended some budget friendly and higher end products to me, but she also has some products in clinic that were reasonable. It’s so disheartening these days to feel like other estheticians or injectors are upselling you and that you need to have a $500 a month skincare routine to heal your acne. And I walked away from my appointment feeling hopeful. Cannot recommend her enough!“

“My husband and I were staying at Renaissance for one night before heading to Lake Tahoe. I really needed a massage and was able to make an appointment the same day we arrived! I was so happy to be able to get in within a few hours of checking in. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lloyd and he was amazing! He knew exactly where my trouble spots were and was able to relieve those areas so much that I'm not as stiff and achy as I've been the last few months. He definitely knows what he's doing! I also want to give a huge shout out to Sophia who does facials and knows about skin. I had a reaction to a face mask a few days before we arrived in Reno. I had hives/rash all over my face and she was so kind to look at it and give me samples of eminence items to help soothe my face. She wrote me a routine with the samples after researching what was in the mask I used at home. AND it's done wonders! The skincare reduced my inflammation so much that I wasn't embarrassed to go out in public anymore and it felt so much better almost immediately. Thank you so much Sophia! You are an angel! When I got there, Kendra took care of me got me in the violet room, which is one of my favorite rooms because it’s just so relaxing and also I’m pretty colorblind so I can never tell what color is actually happening in the room so it kind of shuts my brain off. “Yesterday I had a neck back and shoulders massage by RAUL.
He blew me away. His skill and hands and touch are unmet.
He got into all my tension and when I left I couldn’t believe how good my back neck and shoulders felt , had zero tension and pain from when I initially came in.
The whole 80 minutes was pure bliss.
I live in Santa Cruz and I work drive here four hours just to get a massage by him again.

“This is a hidden gem, and honestly for no good reason. The location is amazing, whether you’re staying nearby or you’re a local, it’s centrally located and has its own parking lot which is such a small thing but makes life easier.

The services here are top of the line and there’s truly something for everyone. What stood out to me though was how individually catered my experience felt, not some ‘one size fits all’ routine. That made all the difference.

I got a massage from Brian and he is a next level massage therapist! He didn’t just go through the motions, he actually took the time to learn my ailments first and then put in real work to help me find relief. You can tell he cares about what he does.

Before you leave, take a few minutes to sit by the fountain and watch the little honey bees, it’s such a peaceful way to end the visit. High quality services, professional staff, and very clean from top to bottom. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“This nail spa came highly recommended. I do massage sometimes with my feet (Ashiatsu), and so it's important for me to have my feet and nails in tip-top condition. I often do my own , but sometimes you want (a.k.a need) a professional pedicure! I dread the junk ingredients and breathing issues I experienced at another nail place, so while Blush + Bone is kind of a drive for us I had to try it. It is NOT easy to find a more naturally-based nail salon, and I was excited. I had Liberty as my nail tech and in addition to her being really cool and personable.. I LOVE my cute toes! The other nail techs were also really friendly. What I appreciate about this nail spa is it feels like your in a cozy living room environment.
