Jenny has the perfect balance of strength and gentleness as a teacher. Her voice command is clear, confident, and grounding, which makes it easy to stay focused and present throughout class. At the same time, her energy is calm and supportive, never intimidating.

What really sets Jenny apart is how personal she makes the experience. She greets everyone by name and genuinely sees each student. You can feel that she’s an empath who is deeply tuned in to the room and to the people practicing in it.

She’s a first-rate yogi and an outstanding instructor. Every class feels intentional, welcoming, and thoughtfully guided. If you’re looking for a Bikram class that is both strong and compassionate, Jenny is the real deal.
