“Such genuine kind staff that really care! Visited back in December 30, 2022. I am not from Reno but had a cut on my cornea (which hurts ALOT), I called but realized they closed in 10 minutes when I was 15 minutes away. The receptionist was very patient with me and instead of turning me away, she said she would speak with the Doctor and sure enough they took me in. They empathized with me and examined my eyes. What I liked the most is they connected with me and took their time to educate me on what was going on with my eye. They made sure I understood the next steps I should take and allowed me to ask questions. I am very Thankful to all the staff that worked that day (I wish I could remember their names!) but if they see this thank you!“

“My experience with Dr. Moore made the process of finding out if my daughter had vision problems a lot less stressful. He spends lots of time with his patients, has a child friendly and clean office, and he is very knowledgeable within in his speciality. I highly recommend his office if you have any concerns for your child’s eye health.“
“Michael is the best. Fixed my persols and Tom fords very quickly. I had an international flight in 2 days. He was able to fix one of my pairs right then and there. My persols circular frame and leg were completely broken. Lens fell out. Fixed very nicely. He's able to put prescription lenses in a new pair of Tom fords I got too. Great work. Highly recommend.“

“100x better than the Pritchett eye care down the street. Everyone here was so so nice and caring, it was extremely refreshing to have. 10/10 would recommend Unfortunately, I have to say this, the other Pritchett down the street has gotten so bad with customer service and care, after 5 years of going, I refuse to visit. This is due to the lack of professionalism, customer care, and optometrist that don't seem to care about you as a person... you're basically cattle to them.“

“My first visit here and I already love it! I was greeted with friendly and professional ladies. The office was well set up and displayed. The eye exam was thorough and not rushed. The doctor answered all my questions and I felt comfortable during my exam. The ladies helped me pick out new glasses and were patient and provided great feedback on styles and frames. 10/10“

“My experience here did not start great but was made great by Grace and Dr. M. After a rocky and confusing start, Grace took sometime to listen to me and went above and beyond to help me. Grace got Dr. M. involved and together they made sure I left with my head held high, and my eye sight better. Thanks go out to Angelo, Grace & Dr. M. for being great at what you do.“
