“I placed a service call on a Friday afternoon. I made this call on behalf of my mother who was out of town and found out she had a leak in her backyard. She returned on Friday, but had no water. The neighbor shut off the main water in order to avoid further water damage. AJ’s empathy and understanding towards my elderly mother’s concerns didn’t go unnoticed. AJ came out Friday early evening and turned the water back on and identified the leak. AJ had to come back the next day to cap the pipe that was leaking. FYI I live in California and wasn’t able to get there until Saturday. This gentleman was amazing and I will have him now be our plumber of record. “Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up.

Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!“

“So amazing!!!! I called on a Tuesday, they came out first thing the next morning. My 86 year old dad had a loud grinding sound from his heater, they found a crack on the inside. They immediately went and got him a replacement and had the new heater up and running within hours, and gave us a discount because he's elderly. I felt thier prices were quite fair and I appreciated the owner and tech working fast to accommodate my dad since it was pretty cold out. Will call again if we ever need anything!“

He arrived promptly and temporarily fixed our WH. Very pleasant and professional, even though I think he got pulled off another job to do ours. Once authorization was given, he returned punctually, installed a new water heater with true professionalism. I would certainly seek his services again in the future.“
