The company was great. The issue was a stopped up toilet. They were very responsive and the cost for the service was reasonable. The technician, Kai, was quick and friendly. I high recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor.

Kitchen sink faucet broke and needed to be replaced. Came the next day and replaced it with one that I purchased but they had ones they could have used if I didn't have one. Courteous and clean work.

After another plumbing company didnt show up for a scheduled appointment nor even gave a courtesy call, I gave these guys a call. I had a 30 year old, 6 gallon water heater in one of the bathrooms that was leaking. Obviously corroded, rusted. They came out the next day at my request, though were willing to come out immediately. Dave assessed the situation and proceeded to get the water heater out and cap the lines. Two days later, Dave came out again and hooked the water faucets directly up to the main hot water lines.
