Rich is absolutely amazing! He is a very professional and honest business owner and is very knowledgeable for all your plumbing needs. I bought my home 2 years ago and needed a repair on my shower and my realtor highly recommended Rich. He came in the late evening and fixed my shower so I had a hot shower. He was very kind and on time and did a complete job making sure before he left that his work was completed and everything was nice and clean. This last week my hot water heater went out, garbage disposal quit working and my kitchen sink stopped up and would not drain. Jolly Rooter was the first to respond to our request for a quote for a new water heater and was the only one that offered to come to our home to do the quote. Rich Jolly (the owner) and Ryan were both very nice, easy to talk to, and didn't mind answering all our questions. We ended up going with a tankless water heater which required a LOT more work than just replacing a water tank. Talk about complicated plumbing! These guys know what they're doing and they did a fantastic job. It looks really nice and the heater works perfectly. Rich provides great service and has taken care of a few issues for us. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was booked out a few weeks so he called someone else to take care of it for us. Professional, responsive and would recommend.
