Last year I adopted a senior dog who, coincidentally, used to be brought here for 7 years by his mom who passed away. My boy is (we think) a Cockapoo and is EXTREMELY difficult to groom. He won’t stay still, thrashes around and gets very loud/growly when his paws and butt are touched. Ellie has done an amazing job with him!! She’s been so patient with him, especially since he was described as being one of her most difficult grooms ever. Ellie has always been very communicative about any issues that came up during the grooming, all while being very kind and not at all judgmental. Jaelyn did an amazing job grooming my dog Mia! I asked for a short cut because of the heat in Reno but wanted to keep her ears long — and she got it exactly right. Mia looks adorable and feels so much better. Super happy with the result. Highly recommend!
