I see Rachel once a month and it has kept me from getting back to that extreme tight feeling and I have less headaches. I feel more relaxed and at peace in a daily basis. She is most intuitive in finding the pains and problems our bodies absorb and gets at it. She is nothing short of amazing and she will tell you, I freak out if something happens and I can't make my appt lol. It's absolutely essential for a healthy mind and body. I enjoy my sessions and Rachel is so kind and caring. I recommend her to all my friends. Rachel and Kinetic Karma... synonymous with the word HEALTH. ?

I’ve gone to see Rachel now, going on my 4th visit next week. Hoping between her and my chiropractor, they can get my shoulder and back working like it should. I believe even if you don’t NEED a massage, you should still incorporate it as part of your living regimen. Rachels hands are those of a living angel!
