So my mom typically goes here when she needs to get seen for urgent care and each experience she had was very good but I cannot say the same for myself. On Mar 16th, it was my first time coming to this urgent care since I moved to this state, and I feel like my care was rushed and not taken seriously. I did a strep test that was negative, but when I checked in I told the person at the front that I have been exposed to RSV, and she told me she'll make note of that in my chart. When I was seen, I had vitals done and saw the doctor which was Soltz. She ordered a strep test but I should have been also tested for RSV since it is contagious. Also, I checked in mychart later and saw that I was tachycardia and that was not disclosed in person. As I mentioned before this is my first time seeing care at this location and I have been told in the past about having tachycardia by other urgent cares and usually they disclose that in person; it had been bad to the point I had to go to the ER twice because the person I saw was too worried about sending me home with such a high heart rate. I'm not sure if I would comeback here and try again in the future.“
