At first glance it may seem that I am prejudicial to this carpet cleaner since I'm married to him! But, let me assure you, you will not find anyone with a better work ethic than Joe Tracy. He believes in what he does and always aims to please his clients. His work speaks for itself.

I work for a large medical practice in town and have hired Five Step before and they did wonderful on our upholstered chairs. We recently hired them again to do our entire building of carpet (over 17k sq ft). Joe and his wife did AMAZING! They even came in on the weekend to get the job done while we were closed. I will definitely be calling Joe again to clean our carpets in the future. Highly recommend.Services: Upholstery cleaning
