“I've been dealing with TMJ pain for about 2 years now. The pain I get can be debilitating where I need to stay in bed all day. I've been going to BDA for months now and have noticed I get noticeable relief after my sessions. I had a session yesterday where I walked in with horrible jaw pain and ear aches from clenching and grinding my teeth. I left my session with my face muscles feeling more relaxed but still in pain. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. I got a random muscle spasm in my neck that prevented me from moving my head, and in turn severely limited my mobility.
