“Last year I adopted a senior dog who, coincidentally, used to be brought here for 7 years by his mom who passed away. My boy is (we think) a Cockapoo and is EXTREMELY difficult to groom. He won’t stay still, thrashes around and gets very loud/growly when his paws and butt are touched. Ellie has done an amazing job with him!! She’s been so patient with him, especially since he was described as being one of her most difficult grooms ever. Ellie has always been very communicative about any issues that came up during the grooming, all while being very kind and not at all judgmental. I cannot recommend this salon enough, especially Ellie if you want someone you can trust to take care of your difficult dog.“

“First time at this Cam Bow Wow location. They were perfect. We were in town and needed an all day play spot while visiting friends. Our plans evolved and it made more sense to board the doggos while in town. The team were very accomodating and adapted on the spot to modify our reservation. And...they were gracious. “Uncle Freddie’s is a great place to take our dogs for boarding. They are so accommodating and truly care about our fur babies. It’s convenient in that they will give dogs vaccines if they are not current with their shots. They can also get groomed during boarding. Our senior lab needs medication every 12 hours and if it’s missed, he will have a seizure. The techs and owner were very conscientious about giving him his meds on time so we didn’t have to worry. Our doggies were very happy when we picked them up. Thank you Dhonna and your staff for the excellent care you provided!“

“We were referred to Kenzie at Upscale Tail by our vet at Mountain View Animal Hospital. Our dog, Petunia, was a rescue and nervous by nature, but she took to Kenzie right away.

The setting is more relaxed and quieter than other places we used in the past. Also, we loved that we could schedule her so she did not have to spend any time waiting in a crate.

Kenzie is an excellent groomer and was able to trim around Petunia's face like no one we had used before.

Sadly, Petunia passed away this month, but we have great appreciation for Kenzie and the wonderful service she provided for us over the years.“

“Been taking our 3 dogs here for years. Sheila does a great job, and the dogs look even greater. Highly recommended. Beats the heck out of Petsmart or whatever else chains that are out there. Price accordingly as well.“
