“I saw Dr. Rock. She's wonderful. Took the time to go over all my cat's test results. She examined him thoroughly. She discovered his gums were infected. Since my prior vet always examined him in the back I don't know if she looked in his mouth
They gave him antibiotics and steroid injections and after 2 days he has really perked up. I will definitely be going back.

They did an ultrasound on him and they didn't find anything other than all the issues with his mouth. He is having dental work done n JUly 22hd.“

He didn’t like his butt and belly done but she handled him like a pro. I highly recommend her for any of your cat grooming needs!“

“Uncle Freddie’s is a great place to take our dogs for boarding. They are so accommodating and truly care about our fur babies. It’s convenient in that they will give dogs vaccines if they are not current with their shots. They can also get groomed during boarding. Our senior lab needs medication every 12 hours and if it’s missed, he will have a seizure. The techs and owner were very conscientious about giving him his meds on time so we didn’t have to worry. Our doggies were very happy when we picked them up. Thank you Dhonna and your staff for the excellent care you provided!“

“We were referred to Kenzie at Upscale Tail by our vet at Mountain View Animal Hospital. Our dog, Petunia, was a rescue and nervous by nature, but she took to Kenzie right away.

The setting is more relaxed and quieter than other places we used in the past. Also, we loved that we could schedule her so she did not have to spend any time waiting in a crate.

Kenzie is an excellent groomer and was able to trim around Petunia's face like no one we had used before.

Sadly, Petunia passed away this month, but we have great appreciation for Kenzie and the wonderful service she provided for us over the years.“

“Been taking our 3 dogs here for years. Sheila does a great job, and the dogs look even greater. Highly recommended. Beats the heck out of Petsmart or whatever else chains that are out there. Price accordingly as well.“

“I’ve been using Terry Allen at Dogs Day Out to groom my other dog that was is a cat Catahoula in my current dog it’s an Australian Shepherd. But Terry is the best I’ve been using her for years and that’s a picture of my Australian Shepherd cause I had to have her groom down cause it’s so hot here in Reno right now everybody that sees her think she looks beautiful and so do I and she’s very comfortable now And I just had her done a few days ago and if you had 10 stars, I’d give Terry a 10 star rating. She’s also very nice and I seen her handle difficult dogs. I mean Mine my Australian Shepherd can be difficult sometimes so not real difficult and she knows how to handle a dogs without having to get angry. So I would recommend Terry to anybody who wants a good grooming job done because she is the best.!!!
