Some of the best people you’ll ever meet in Reno. I did not like working out and now i still don’t love it but i do it bc i love sunday!

The studio has an amazing vibe and is stunning with beautiful lighting. Instruction is clear and easy to follow with great demonstration. All fitness levels can find a class that works for them! As someone who frequently does Pilates of all types, I found the class challenging, but able to modify when needed. Highly recommend to those new to or familiar with Pilates.
