Love this studio and the instructors. Challenging but also as a new person to Pilates the instructors are always there to teach me and help me to be stronger and better and they do it without judgement. I love the feeling I have every time I leave. Super excited this studio is here in Reno.

Love, love, love! Honestly, this is one of my favorite Pilates studios I’ve been to. Sunday has a great mix of traditional and modern takes on reformer Pilates and it has completely changed by body, and you leave feeling great, or a sweaty, can barely lift your arms or legs mess - so great. Can’t recommend enough
We had a great Pilates class and all of the staff members were so welcoming and kind! We were visiting from out of town but they all made us feel right at home and Ava was kind enough to give us some recommendations of places to go. Highly recommend this studio!
