Between the owner, Maureen, and our instructor, Alayna, the communication is top tier. As any parent would, I had a lot of concerns with starting speech therapy but Maureen and Alayna have surpass my expectations and my son is so excited to go each week!

Had my first haircut with DeAnne Bittner and let me just tell you, I feel like I got my first REAL haircut in years with her!!!! I’ve been bouncing around to different studios for the past few years and I’ve finally found my spot! It’s wild how good your hair can look after an amazing cut vs a mediocre one. I’m never turning back!!! Scheduling was super easy, Sophie at the front is a gem, and the studio is a really awesome space as well! Look forward to seeing DeAnne again in January!! P.S. Great salon, service, and haircut! After my long term stylist moved, I was in search for a new person to cut my hair. I did a search for a new stylist and came across Gino’s salon. What first caught my eye were the number of really good positive reviews, which I now can say were right on target and well deserved. I went to the website and found it to be well done, professional and informative. I called Gino’s cell and he called me right back and we made an appointment. I’m VERY happy with the result and in fact have been back a few times with another appointment scheduled for next month. I’m seriously happy with the results. Very well done. The salon is very well located off the Chicago El stop and also has easy street parking. The salon itself is spacious and quite nice. Gino is a very nice and funny person who’s been in business for quite some time. He seems to love what he does. Interestingly he also has his own line of product that he sells at the salon. If you’re looking for a new salon or even to try a new one, Gino DiFranco Salon would be a smart move. ??

I have been going to Holy Fade for years and absolutely love it. Kelley is who I see regularly - she is knowledgeable, communicative, detailed, and just the best! I have also gotten cuts from Jenn and Michelle who are also wonderful and great to chat with. The vibe of the shop is relaxed, well designed, and always clean. They go above and beyond for clients, care deeply about their business, and I would recommend them to anyone! Easy parking and great location.

Before I flew out for a trip, I stopped by Sparrow to see Ben for a massage, and I'm so glad I did. The person running the front desk offered to store my luggage for me during the session which symbolizes how I felt the whole while there; cared for, considered, and comfortable. Ben was perceptive, communicative, and warm hearted, which immediately put me at ease. He relieved my shoulder and back fatigue with soothing and targeted work and after feeling on a tipping point of burnout, I came away from my session in a regulated and recharged state. This salon is amazing. They have a mini fridge with drinks and snacks and the stylists are incredible. I love Cam, she is a genius with color. Truly the best salon I’ve been at and the most pleasant experience all around.
I and my children have had such great experience getting our hair cut by CJ. He does such a great job. He is always friendly. And he always respects my kiddos preferences for their haircuts which has been a game changer for them. Previously I took them to stylists who cut their hair too short even though they and I had explained that we didn’t want that sort of style. CJ has put them at ease that their preferences and their vision of themselves matters. He does a fabulous job with my hair as well. Good see CJ! He is terrific.
Paige changed my life. I had never gotten a true curly cut and I explained the vibe/showed her a few reference photos. From there she worked her magic and I seriously got the best haircut I have EVER. I'm not even joking when I say my coworkers didn't recognize me, people were stopping me to ask me about my hair. Today I am walking a little taller and my curls are a whole lot bouncier thanks to Paige! My curls are so much more manageable and my hair has volume like never before. I first tried this spot after Yulia (who has expertly cut my hair for years) arrived and I was absolutely blown away. The shop is modern, spacious, spotless, and super easy to access in the Uptown neighborhood. The vibe was super fun, the space was clearly family friendly, and everyone there was welcoming to every customer.

Came here for the first time based on the reviews and Joel did not disappoint. He was very chill and down to earth and made the whole experience relaxing. He listens to how you want your hair done and takes his time to make sure you’re satisfied with how you look. I’m Filipino with hair that sticks out pretty easily and I’ve had barbers struggle cutting my hair how I’d like it in the past. I showed Joel a picture of what I wanted my hair to generally look like and he actually made it look better than the picture I showed him. I don’t usually spend more than $40 on a haircut but this was definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back forsure.

If you are looking for a barber, I would personally recommend Miguel. I have been going with him for a few years now. Always gives me the haircut I ask for no buts or ifs. He always makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the haircut. He now cuts me and both of my brothers up. Highly recommend!

I have gotten two spray tans here and I came back after the first bc I loved it so much. Gabi was my spray tan artist both times I came in. The tan looks natural, easy to maintain, and I don’t even notice when it fades.
OBSESSED with the spray tan I got from Beccah!! I’m new to getting spray tans and recently got one ahead of a wedding I was attending. Beccah did such a great job explaining and walking me through the process, and ensuring I had a beautiful, subtle glow! I’m already planning my next one ?
I recently saw Alison for eyebrow and eyelash tinting. She made me feel very comfortable and the process was fast and easy! It was the glow up I needed for summer.

Update: got sprayed last night with Angie and she really worked with me to refine my color and help me understand all the ins and outs of getting your color right and timing your rinse off right for the express color. Woke up this morning and my tan is PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted. I a pale girly and have had a hard time finding the color that isn’t too dark but isn’t too light and I felt listened to, understood and boy did they deliver! Can’t wait to attended my events this weekend with my glow. Thanks again!! Be back so soon!!

I can’t get over how great this experience was. I was really nervous because I’ve only ever used the automated spray tan machines and hated the results. But after a recommendation from a friend, I gave this a shot. I cannot wait to go back!!
Since starting red light therapy, I've noticed less pain in my knees (I have arthritis) and when I go after working out, my body is less sore and feels so relaxed after.
Another big plus- I'm 42 and in good shape, but I've definitely seen the elasticity in my skin loose it's tightness over the last few years and since doing red light a few times a week, I've noticed the skin on my face and stomach tightened up!
I highly recommend!

I love coming here. The whole crew is great. Natalie is amazing and taken care of my needs since day one. I do tanning with the stand up and lay down beds plus I have started doing the red light. From day one they always been kind and professional towards me. Also the mints they have over the water cooler are the best part. (Sorry for taking so many). If you are looking for a great tan, spray tan, or red light then look no further!

You will never find a better, more precise manicure than Trinh’s! She is truly the best. She has helped me to grow my nails stronger and they literally look perfect when I leave my appointment — and the gel stays on for soo long. The space is incredibly clean and bright, she has a beautiful selection of colors, and I love the chats we have while she does my nails! I also love how easy it is to make and adjust appointments. As long as I live in the city I’ll be going to Nails by Pham for my nails.
I'm glad I found this hidden Gem in Chicago.. They are the best and most professional, they take the time to details which is what I love the most .. All the girls are friendly and feels like a home. I love this nail salon! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and every time I walk away really happy. I get just gel every time and it lasts me at least 4 weeks. They prep the nail so well that it doesn’t even chip no matter how hard I try. Ann is an artist! She’s so patient and delicate and would do any design you’d ask for. I highly recommend this place

I’ve always had very brittle nails that I could not grow out because they were so prone to breaking. Then I heard about Russian manicures and decided to check out ArtMe nails.
At my first visit, Olga did an amazing job giving me a chrome mani that I got so many compliments on. She told me that the Russian manicures would strengthen my nails enough that I could grow them out without breaking. It’s been several months now and I have gorgeous long nails that look so feminine and pretty! And the Russian manis easily last me 3 weeks. Olga is the best and I highly recommend her!!!

Just came for the first time for a gel manicure and I will definitely be back! Clean pretty ambiance and you could tell they really take their time and it shows in the way my nails look now.
Truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I have very rough skin on my feet and usually within a day or so of a pedicure, they are back to being rough and scratchy. After my pedicure with Maelen it took weeks before my skin got even a little scratchy on my feet. Definitely will be back again and again.

Went today- vibe is super relaxing which for a pregnant woman is much needed. Had Mary. They do good work but I think there was a language barrier/or just not listening. She asked me a couple times if I wanted them shorter and I said no just shape them. I got the rubber base manicure which is not cheap and supposed to be for "medium length nails"per their site- which my nails were. But unfortunately I left with short nails in oval shape which don't look the same short as medium. It's unfortunate because the color and cleaning of nails is otherwise really nice. I would've been super happy should she have left my length.
I can't say enough great things about the beauty team I had. Brenda did phenomenal on my makeup! I was happy crying all day and night and my makeup held up the entire time. She listened to what I wanted and made my face feel weightless even with a full face and foundation! Mercedes did wonders with my hair and the curls held all night even through jumping, crazy wind, and a handsy groom lol. She's the sweetest and so supportive of whatever I wanted. Eva did fantastic with all of the hair and makeup she did for my girls also! Huge thanks all around the such a fantastic team.

Robin was amazing and gentle with my facial (first time getting a facial) and explained everything that was happening, Zeena perfectly explained hair treatment options and look forward to working with her, and Kimberly was amazing, told her about a bad experience 2 years ago at a different salon and how nervous I was to go get a cut. Kimberly went above and beyond to make me comfortable, listened, and triple checked in with me before any additional cutting and I was very happy with my cut!

I had, and continue to have, fantastic experiences here with Dayana! I seriously cannot recommend her enough. She waxed, shaped and tinted my brows and I have never gotten so many complements on how pretty and put together I look. Also got a lash lift and tint and now I literally dont have to do anything in the morning to get ready. Dayana was incredibly thoughtful and really paid attention to detail. Ok First thing first, this is my first time being wax ever and I have to say it’s was amazing. She is an amazing person. Literally so kind and sweet, I was so comfortable with her. She never judge me when waxing. She was quick and gentle. Now I am not saying waxing doesn’t have no pain but the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be.
I saw her on TikTok and I decided to give her a try and thank god I did because she definitely got a new Client ????? if you are unsure or looking for someone, she is your girl. You would not second guess yourself at all.

I had a wonderful experience with at CBQ Facial Beauty Bar! The space itself is very light, bright and airy, and I was greeted warmly by Laura who swiftly checked me in. Magally provided me with the best facial I've had in years, with the hydrofacial procedure that I tried for the first time (think of it as a cleansing vaccuum for your face). The products which are made in house all feel and are scented beautifully, and after my cleansing, mask, exfoliation and extractions (Magally used wax on my t-zone area which was so refreshing!) my face feels fantastic. I have been visiting Bella for Hydrafacial treatments for the past year or so and she is always so wonderful! One of the big bonuses of getting Hydrafacials at Oasis is that Dermaplaning is automatically included and Bella is always very gentle, calm and precise while she does it. Rosefinch is absolutely the best! They are all so friendly and welcoming. I've been pierced multiple times by both Nia and Elaine and could not be any happier. Everyone is so kind and fun during the whole process. Picking pieces out with Amy is also lovely. Everyone is so knowledgeable and wanting to learn more. Last time I visited, Elaine did some of her learning piercings (we did a 12g septum and a 6g conch) and it was such a great and comfortable experience. Ordering pieces of jewelry is an easy experience.

I called and left a message about my bathroom sink valve leaking. Henry promptly called back and had me send photos/video of the issue. He called me back to say the angle valve nut needed to be tightened. I was able to tighten it and the leak stopped. No need for him to come out and replace it. He saved me hundreds of dollars for a replacement, especially now during Christmas. Thank you Henry! I’ll will definitely use your services in the future.
My drain line on the side of the building that's connected to the gutter was clogged.
Bubba service dug up the gutter area drain line, Replace broken pipe, and power rod the line. They backfilled the opening with ¾ in. stone. Haul away debris. Re-concrete work. They were patient and did a great job. I was there the whole time asking tons of questions. Thanks!

We just moved in and wanted to change a shower head, and it wasn’t happening until Mr. Burris promptly returned my call and checked out the situation to see if I could resolve it, but the shower head was really jammed and not going anywhere. He asked for pictures and came right over. He is super-nice, got his tools and fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance advice on removing soap scum and keeping drains clear. He is plumber of the year! If you’re looking for a plumber this is the guy to call!
It's simple. Jan is the greatest plumber on the planet. He is not only the consummate professional but explains everything that he sees and proposes before the work is done. And the work will get done - Jan will execute and take care of your issues, almost over the top. Our home is over 100 years old and had massive root issues in the sewer line. After wasting money on a number of incompetent companies I finally found someone who cared.
Vanguard is not cheap, but this is the best value in Chicago. Please pay a real professional to do the job right rather than serially wasting money on people who never solve the problem. Jan is transparent and will insist you see what is going on. Sorry to ramble, just call Vanguard.

Our condo association had a drainage issue that needed a smart solution. We had 3 suggested solutions and estimates before having Shaun Madden came by. Shaun’s solution was the smartest for our needs and the price was fair.
We gave the job to Madden and were very impressed with their crew, their work, and all their communication. They completed the job as planned and we could not be happier. Shaun really knows sewers/drains etc. Madden Plumbing is worth a call — they are highly recommended !

I could not be happier with the service Edwin and team provided. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. Edwin was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions and was very patient with us in making sure all the issues were addressed. I'm so happy to have found Edwin and he will be my go to guy in the future!

truck. Their pricing is always fair, and we can depend on them for emergency service.

Most recently, they installed two high-powered LED security lights in our parking area along with five code-approved RAB vaporproof outdoor fixtures on our porches. The difference in safety and visibility at night is tremendous. He also handled the installation of string lights on our first-floor balcony, and the results turned out exactly how I wanted. Everything looks professional, well-planned, and adds both security and charm to our building .
Boz runs a top-notch operation—his workers are always polite, respectful, and leave the job site spotless. I contacted Sapphire Electric because I was experiencing some odd issues with my house's lights randomly dimming. My house is 100 years old, so I always assume the worst-case scenario. We have used Power Up Electric several times at our home and have been VERY happy with their work. They replaced several plugs and switches, hung multiple light fixtures (especially a very complex custom dining room fixture), and did circuit work in the electrical panel.

He replaced dead hardwired fixtures in our kitchen, did work on an internal chandelier and our outdoor light as well. He was kind, on time, worked cleanly, and did great work for a reasonable price. I also had an old light fixture that I bought from another country that he was able to rewire and install. He is saved in our phones now, will definitely be a repeat customer.

Paul did a fine job repairing an old washing machine with hard to find parts. It took three trips to find all the leaks on my old machine, but Paul was able to keep it operational while we waited for all the parts, and now I have a dry floor and clean clothes.
I called Frigidaire and after a long wait was told that they couldn't help me with my problem and gave me a link to find local authorized repair services. When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. Excellent service, ended up costing me nothing, so they are trustworthy and honest. Thank you so much!!
I was blown away by their service. After a horrible experience with another "service" company, LG made an appointment for me with M&M for Thursday. However, shortly after I got LG's email, Naila called, asked if I was home, and came out today (Tuesday). She and her colleague: a) found the problem with my refrigerator at once (bad compressor), b) had the needed part with them, c) explained clearly what they needed to do, d) did the repair in the time they estimated, e) were professional throughout. Their phone # is now in my "call these people!" list.

The refrigerator door would not seal properly and cold air kept escaping. Food spoiled faster than usual and the motor ran nonstop. Appliance repair replaced the worn seal and adjusted the door alignment. The fridge now stays cold and runs quietly again.

I needed new locks put in so I tried the Projects Tab on Yelp, entered my info, and waited for a response. I saw that four locksmiths received my request and The Professional Locksmith was the first to respond to my inquiry. They asked a few questions, provided an estimate, and when I asked if they could come today, they sent someone on the way with an eta of 45 minutes. Normally I would be wary of just committing to a business, but they had the Yelp Guarantee Badge (Yelp guarantees your project up to $2500), good reviews, and I liked that they were quick to respond. They came out, quickly reviewed the locks. The total came to more than I was quoted but I didn't doubt them as nothing in this place is as expected. The job was finished in under an hour, they explained the locks thoroughly, and we were done. I was pleased that the project was completed today. This was the first time using the Yelp Project Tab, so I will be sure to try it again for another project.

I had a wonderful experience with this company yesterday, when I lost my rental car key for two hours on the day I needed to return to the airport. The company dispatched the request to a mobile automotive locksmith, Frank, who called me promptly and made plans to visit me at the home address J gave him. found my key about just minutes before Frank was due to show up, so I called Frank back promptly and asked him to stop by so I could give him a big tip for his troubles. He was super friendly but politely declined the offer. Overall I had a super positive experience with both this company and with Frank himself.

Recently, on 2/21, I was lucky enough to schedule Mak B. cleaning services to clean a large area rug and complete some upholstery cleaning (two ottomans, a couch, and a loveseat). We booked service master to clean up after a glass balcony shattered. There was glass all over the ground and balcony. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, came prepared with the right materials, and did a fantastic job. This is my second review for ADR flooring. Vasi and his team hit it out of the park again with an excellent job! I hired them to sand and refinish my hardwood floors in my home in October last year and was extremely satisfied. I volunteer for an animal shelter in Arlington Heights and we had an office and a multipurpose room with floors badly in need of replacement. I knew right away who I would call for the job. Vasi got back to me in a day with a quote. They removed the old laminate floors in both rooms and replaced them with more durable waterproof vinyl floors. They look amazing. They carefully removed the molding and quarter round so I did not have to replace it. Work was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up the jobsite before they left and we could not be more happy. His prices are incredible for the fine craftmanship of the work. We have another room that needs to be done and I will be calling him in the future. If you need any flooring work done, just call Vasi. You will not be disappointed.

Floorecki installed new laminate flooring in our basement and laundry room, plus replace old worn out stairs with new oak wood treads. They were very easy to work with -- got us a reasonable quote quickly, showed up on time all four days they were working here and did an excellent job all around. The five stars we're giving them is well deserved.
We recently had Robert and his crew refinish our first floor. I installed unfinished red oak in the living room and family room. The rest of the first floor was 25-year-old hardwood, which was very worn down. In many places, the finish was gone, down to the wood. We had some water damage in the kitchen from a dishwasher, and they replaced just enough boards to fix that. The biggest challenge with putting in new flooring with old flooring is matching the new with the old. Robert's crew did an amazing job; you cannot tell the difference at all.
The two gentlemen who did the work in the house were extremely efficient, polite, and mindful of the work they were doing and the mess that they were leaving. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves, minimizing the dust in the house. I think they even did some vacuuming of the counters in the walls before they left. I cannot recommend Robert's Flooring Service enough. He was competitively priced, extremely professional, and they have truly transformed the first floor of our house.

From the beginning to end Ofer gave me the best customer service possible. Ofer was able to design a kitchen what my wife has been looking into. Ofer, compared to other people was not just behind a computer to design a kitchen. Instead from the beginning he was showing samples from his showroom which included colors of cabinets, cabinets, drawers, lazy susan, kitchen appliance storage, trash can drawers, etc. He paid attention to every detail on square footage for kitchen to maximize the space and great design. Ofer was there from the beginning til end of remodel, even pick up calls after hours. I would recommend planet cabinets as the first stop for any kitchen remodel, you will NOT regret it. I spotted a bug problem and they came over the same day. They laid traps too so I could see if I needed the extra service (included no extra charge) for another treatment which I did not need. If I need a bug or pest solution this is who I would call.
What can we say, our experience from Eric of Eco Pest Solutions has been Awesome!!!! We received several quotes from larger, pest control companies, non of which took the time and care that Eric did. Everything was explained in details, he walked us through every process. The initial technician came the very next day. He spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the problem. Not fully satisfied with what he suspected he called a more experienced tech who came right over to inspect. They used a multi-step process that took about a week and for a fraction of the amount Orkin wanted to charge.

We started working with Reveal in 2020 for a total redesign of our back and side yards, including trees, grass, plantings, hardscapes, lighting, and a water feature. The design was great, but the execution exceeded our expectations. The crews were responsible, flexible, and showed up when they said they would. The next year we engaged Reveal to redo our front yard, including trees, plantings, grass, an update to our driveway and reimagined front porch and walkway. Again, the design was great and the execution was flawless. I would not hesitate to most highly recommend Sean and the Reveal team for your landscaping needs.

Mike came out and looked at my place and did an EXCELLENT job explaining what were the issues he saw and what was the proper remedy. He listened to all of my concerns and they were all addressed in the proposed solution. Many other landscaper bids excluded a lot of my concerns after talking about them in detail. The crew that came out works hard! They completed my drainage solution in a single day and my yard looks incredible with the sod work done after they dug where they had to. The best part: the day my drainage system was installed, it POURED rain that evening and my basement was bone dry all night. Ware is hands down the best contractor I’ve had do work on my home.

They created a wonderful garden in our small Chicago lot, with a beautiful patio for outdoor entertaining, lawn for dogs/kids, vegetable garden, and grilling space. They had great ideas for reducing flood risk by moving water away from the house. They coordinated all installation, and the crew they used (JR Landscaping) was *amazing.* It's been two weeks, and neighbors have already asked for our gardeners' contact information, and I've happily given it. I used Midway Tree Service in the oast to take down and old tree and grind down stump. They brat all prices and they cleaned up beautifully. Fast service as well. I was amazed at how fast a huge tree was taken down without any damage.

I met with Dr. Parekh and he made me feel so comfortable. I have been scared to get my feet checked out for years and I was able to have a great conversation with Dr. Parekh. He helped me understand what we can work on so I feel better. Loved the convenience of the parking spaces as well.
I had the most painful wart in the pad below my left little . Dr. Zappa quickly analyzed my feet. He began to “scrape” & sand the hardened skin around the wart. He compared the pain to stepping on a small stone each time I put my left foot down to the floor. He was able to remove that painful “little stone” in combination of cutting my toenails way back.
Prescribe a special cream for my feet & another different cream for my face and other parts of my body.
The pain that shot up my left leg was unbearable - it was gone when I left his office!
He understood the issue, eliminated 99% of the pain & provided me ointments and a lenthy scrub brush to clean off my toenails. He asked questions , provided a solution to my horrific pain & a solution to eliminate the problem from reoccurring.
I could not have been treated better than I was by the Doctor.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ivette Mendez. I came in, hoping to get help with a damaged nerve that got worse after standing all day at my job, and due to her expertise and experience working with others who do a lot of physical labor and have longstanding hours, she knew exactly how to help me by testing my movements. Now I understand where I need to strengthen my body to lessen the pain and prevent it from getting worse. Within the first month, I already felt a significant difference. She is kind and understanding, and wanted to help get me out as quickly as possible, within my budget and body limitations.

I took my 15 y/o Dachshund here for general physical function optimization and to work on some residual functional issues from IVDD surgery a few years ago. His mobility and strength really improved with his rehabilitation with Alexis and Dr. Ariel. They also taught me how to do his PT at home which we were very consistent with. About two months after we graduated from rehab, my dog had a stroke and some of his weakness from IVDD came back. But I amped up the PT that I learned from Healing Tails and now 3 months later he’s back to normal. This place is just wonderful, they care deeply about animals, and they are truly experts in what they do. The techniques they teach you also go far beyond the sessions you have with them and can benefit your dog for their whole life! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Lincoln Square Animal Hospital! We've been taking our three cats, now approaching senior age, there for three years and love them. From dental cleanings to mass removal surgery, they have always gone above and beyond and provided outstanding care, clear explanations, and wonderful customer service. It gets busy sometimes, but they always get to you as fast as they can and never make you feel rushed. A wonderful, caring staff!
A relative gave me a dog that they could no longer care for, and I wanted to give her a fresh start in my home, including some grooming care. I let the groomers know about a small rash she had and some matting, and they asked me to bring her in so they could assess her. They took care of everything, and she came back happy, smelling great, and with soft fur. I love the personal attention here and will definitely be back instead of going to a big box store.

We have been using Groomies for almost 2 years now and they take wonderful care of our pup, Bogey. He has seen multiple groomers (we never specify) and he always looks great when he's done. We were on a waiting list for a while to get in, but now that we are repeat clients, it is very easy to book (usually via text, 2-4 weeks out depending on time of year), and they book by time slot so your pet isn't hanging around in a cage all day waiting for their turn. They always text when he's around 15 minutes from being done. Bogey is always relaxed any happy when he comes home, which is a triumph for a pup who doesn't like much to be groomed. Everyone is always a pleasure to interact with - I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Groomies!

Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. I love this place so much. I’ve been going since January 2024 and have tried many of the classes, but especially enjoy the Ashtanga and Rocket vinyasa classes. Because there are so many classes available, it’s always been easy to fit with my busy schedule. Alisa, Shelly, and Beth, who teach the ashtanga classes I take are incredibly knowledgeable on the style. Colleen’s Rocket vinyasa class on Saturday is insanely good. Each time I go I learn a huge amount and see marked improvements in my form and flexibility in a way that is very gratifying. Finding this place has changed my life and I’m so grateful to the studio for welcoming me with warm arms and teaching me how to get closer to my goals in yoga. Cannot say enough positive things about Yoga Now and highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their yoga, or even just to find more peace in the day-to-day.

I took my first class here 10 years ago! I was in high school & taking a piano masterclass in the beautiful Fine Arts Building. One day I wandered in during lunch for a 45 min. class, my first yoga class ever. It was amazing, I got soooo high right away - kundalini is the cleanest fastest high! Highly recommend!!!! It's a really cozy space with padded mats set up so you don't have to bring a mat. Golden space, pop in!

Variety of excellent classes. Very good instructors. Friendly staff. The Intermediate Flow class is challenging, but Lance is always encouraging and ready to offer alternatives for some of the more difficult poses, and I definitely appreciate that! There is a great community feel in this studio.
All of the instructors create classes that are challenging and different. They all make modifications based on current pains, and accommodations based on varying strength of the attendees. It is a fun workout in a lovely space.
I recently completed my PSC Mat and Reformer Certification through Amplified Pilates, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
This training challenged me in ways I did not expect and pushed me to grow not only as an instructor but also as a student. The programming was thoughtful and comprehensive, intentionally designed to deepen understanding and not just teach choreography. I walked away feeling sharper, more confident, and even more connected to why I teach Pilates in the first place.
Amplified Pilates is truly an incredible studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. The entire experience reminded me how powerful it is to be pushed in all the right ways.

I have been attending 1:1 session with Kym for a few months, and I couldn't be happier. Every time I walk home after finishing a session I feel lighter and an inch taller. This has been great for my tight muscles.
This studio and specifically Marilyn is a hidden gem. I had a knee injury and she has helped me build back my strength, balance and flexibility. Pam is absolutely wonderful! Her massage room is clean, cozy and smells great! Pam wants to make sure to address any specific areas that need work and make you feel good again. I had large knots in my back and shoulder and was very tight all over which limited my range of motion in my arm. For the first time in a very long time I left feeling loose, was able to raise my arm without pain or tension and soo happy! Christine was extremely thorough and thoughtful in my appointment with her! I live a pretty active life and I was looking for some rehab; my appointment delivered! I'm very grateful to the folks at the Movement Guild! I was referred to them by a neurologist after having some mysterious neck pain and dizziness issues and they have been enormously helpful in better understanding and working to improve those issues. They have been easy and flexible to work and schedule with and at least with insurance very affordable too!
I contacted Lauren for physical therapy to address strained calf and hamstring muscles in my left leg. These strains had become an impediment to my training for a half marathon. After several sessions with Lauren, and very detailed home exercises to follow after each session, the strains healed and my training resumed. The half marathon went off without a hitch! In addition to a convenient Lincoln Park location, Lauren is an amazing physical therapist! Thank you, Lauren!

I began PT here earlier this year, and then came back again after a surgery to continue with PT and recovery. The staff all remembered me by name and greeted me warmly. Everyone at this location, from the receptionists, to the PTs, are all welcoming, professional and they really work hard to make sure that the care that is needed is being received. The location is easy to get to, and scheduling (and rescheduling) is a breeze. Honestly the best experience I have had when it comes to PT.

I started coming here for low back pain that massage therapy wasn’t working for. Dr. Lee recommended I do acupuncture and recommended some supplements like an oil and patches to help. After 1 week I have seen a significant difference in my pain level and even my sleep! Dr. Lee is very sweet and knowledgeable and I will continue to come back!

Sunae provides excellent care—I can't recommend her highly enough to my friends. She is super intuitive and precise in her treatments, and I appreciate her level of detail and attention in care. I've seen many acupuncturists and Sunae is by far the best. Her treatments are not only highly effective, but also gentle - you don't even feel the needles and the sense of calm afterward is amazing. I always sleep better the night of a session. She recently opened a new office in Northbrook, so whether you're in the city or suburbs - i highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would! I found Chloe a few months ago while I was looking for alternative medicine for my Fibromyalgia and other chronic conditions. She has far away been one of the most helpful and healing guides on my journey. Going to acupuncture has helped me be in less pain, helped my sleep, and has helped with mental health issues such as anxiety, PMDD, nightmares, etc. She's a wealth of knowledge, is familiar with all of my conditions and has been so helpful, even with getting me in touch with other providers.

Jennifer is great for pain relief. I have been going to Jennifer for acupuncture, electric stim and cupping for a year for two separate shoulder injuries related to weightlifting. She now has me back in the weight room with no pain. She always asks me how I am feeling and helps with other one off issues too like digestion, hormones, and muscle recovery. She even takes my health insurance which is amazing. Highly recommend.

I'm two sessions into a three-part body-mind series with Heather, as I'm navigating changes in my small business and experiencing shifts in my body due to perimenopause. The instructors here are great! They don't have a ton of time to help you get from zero riding experience to passing the licensing test (offered on the exact same practice course they use to teach, huge plus) but they made very good use of the time they had, offering individualized advice and guidance, catching common mistakes, and drilling home why good technique matters once you're out on the streets. Can't say enough good things, this was an excellent experience, and as a result of their teaching I passed the road test on my first try.
My son recently completed lessons with Entourage Driving School, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brian, the owner and instructor, has an exceptional teaching style — patient, encouraging, and able to explain things in a way that really clicked for my son. He helped build his confidence behind the wheel while making sure he learned safe, real-world driving skills.

I'm so glad I pick this driving school. They are professional, they want you to pass all of your exams. If they tell you how and what to do is because they care and would love you to get your CDL. I like this school also because not alot of students in classroom, which is very good because you learn compare to a full class. Also on the road you get 1 on 1 training. Jose, he is the BEST instructor. He is respectful and has patience to teach you. If he sees that you are struggling he will find a technique to make sure you do it right (for example my case was down shifting). I will for ever be thankful to him. Maria, she will answer all your questions she is super nice, kind and organized. Beata she is the best teacher. She gives very good advice of learning the pre-trip. Overall, I like this school.
