Replacing a roof is such a huge project to take on for a homeowner and Ken helped make the process smooth. He was patient and understanding. Good communication, kept me looped in throughout the entire process. The roofers were on time, worked long hard hours, used site protection, and cleaned the job site as they worked. I had two difficult flat roofs on my house in Northbrook Illinois. Ken evaluated the damage and replaced rotten wood and restored my house to pristine condition. Ken and his team were extremely professional and patient when it came to putting a new roof onto my home. My family and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They were incredibly efficient and left ZERO mess after two days. Watching the work being completed periodically with the team's drone was an added bonus as we got to see the progress and the level of care that was put into the project.
