I had about 1,500 square feet of wood floor stripped and restained. It was one entire expanse.
Easy to communicate with Chris before the process. He stopped by a couple times to provide samples. He provided a certificate of insurance, and changed the name for me twice. Reasonable quote (significantly less than another top-rated Chicago floor finishing company.) Straightforward, easy to do business with. His crew, managed by Patrick, showed up on time and stuck to the agreed upon timeline. Patrick was responsive over text via the process, although, we didn't need to communicate much. My husband and I hired Chris's team to refinish the floors at the apartment we closed on back in July. From the start they were very attentive and communicative which we greatly appreciated. We had a very quick time frame in which we needed the floors refinished and they were able to squeeze us in without a problem. The floors in the apartment we had just purchased were in rough shape with many nails showing and deep scratches from the previous owner's pets (no fault of theirs :)).
