Brandon is great! He is kind, patient, professional and hard working. Lopez is a great company to work with. I had a plumbing issue at one of my condo buildings in River North where the company who was hired first dropped the ball and gave up when they weren't sure how to fix it. I immediately called Lopez , and they were out within the hour. Great service all around and I will always recommend Lopez!
The tech was friendly and easy to work with and was knowledgable about the job. Charles and Brandon was patient in their work and got the job done. i would recommend Lopez to anyone in need of plumbing service.
JC in the office is top notch! I was dealing with a nightmare of a neighbor who was trying to say that the leak in my ceiling wasn't from my toilet and she helped ensure the plumbers documented everything with great detail. My plumber was also wonderful. He finally figured out why my steam shower wasn't working after multiple plumbing companies attempted to get to the root of the issue. Lopez Plumbing is 10/10. Honest, reliable and good at what they do.
