Excellent. The plumber had a tough job, removing two rusted propellers on the circulating pump, and figured out how to do it, with persistence and thought. I was impressed at his work ethic and obvious dedication to the task. The fee was also quite reasonable.
Marcos and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were very responsive when the burner went out during the first heating cycle--returning to troubleshoot the problem after work hours and following up with a phone call later that evening to make sure it was working properly. We've had no problems since. We were very impressed with their attentiveness and customer service.
