Had Xpert Flood Control install their One Double Gate Preventer Plus System and a T-Drain by our basement back door in early 2024, great experience working with them, informative and professional. Also, had one annual service so far and all good. We're now enjoying our dry basement after years of being anxious every time it rained hard. Definitely recommend Xpert Flood Control.
The good folk at Xpert Flood Control adroitly and professionally repaired a sewer tile problem in the parkway in front of our 130 year-old Chicago Bungalow in Albany Park and saved a 150 year old Sycamore tree in the process. They literally had to hand-dig around a 3 x 5 foot tree root. The repair job will probably last another 130 years - maybe more! And, the clean-up job was fantastic. We will not ever hesitate to call them for any other relevant need.
They did a great job installing a flood control system and a couple bubble pots. We’re here for about a week and everything was clean and organized when they were done. Basement hasn’t flooded since!
