Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and told me everything they were doing and why. I play hockey for recreation and work as a Carman on the railroad every part of my body aches after treatment the next day I had one of my best hockey performances and on Monday the second day had no issues getting out of bed. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Ann is an incredible practitioner & herbalist! I have a complex situation and I appreciate her thoughtful and comprehensive approach. She's resourceful, knowledgeable, and persistent; I always leave acupuncture feeling better, heard and hopeful! To boot, Ann is a kind, relatable person; I'm grateful I found her when I did!

Over the past 10+ years i have been seeing Sasha. Since Active balance has been open, i have been seeing Sasha, Ann, and Matie. They are an amazing team and help so much for both mental and physical health.I can’t recommend them enough, and if you are considering accupuncture or a massage you need to come here!
