I would 100% recommend Dog Hotel to anyone looking for dog daycare or boarding! My dog loves the staff here - they are super kind, welcoming, and love dogs very much. They have webcams in the playrooms, which makes it easy to check in on my dog while I'm away. While the dogs play, they are always supervised. The playroom is kept very clean. I greatly appreciate the hours in which I'm able to drop-off and pick-up my dog - from 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM! I have used the daycare and boarding services many times. During my last 8-day trip, they even gave my dog a free bath! The Lakeshore East location is super convenient to get to in Chicago. I love having a place I can trust with… read full review
The rest of the reviews are right. The staff genuinely cares for your pets while being super flexible/accommodating. Access to the webcams is a big bonus, so you can check on your furry loved one.
