Great communication and text/email reminders. Parts had to be ordered to fix our refrigerator but they came within a day and Sergii was here the next morning to install (on a holiday). Service was quick. Sergii was very friendly.
We used Fusion for replacing our heat pump. We got a good price and they worked efficiently, cleanly and were also really nice people. I also called them for a problem with my Electrolux oven. I had locked it for cleaning and couldn't get it to open. There was nothing wrong with it and the person who came patiently explained what to do and what I had done wrong. We live in Hanover, so not close- but they only charged me a minimal amount. This is a nice honest company of good people.
