“The man who came to work on my tankless water heater couldn't have been more polite, efficient, and skilled. I was only getting cold water. Hunter came out, took the time to check anything that could possibly be responsible, ultimately replacing a fuse. I asked him to show me how to access the power panel in case I ever needed to restart it. He walked me through it step by step, then spent a good amount of time checking everything in the heater itself. When he finished, he showed me the hot water he got from every sink and shower. He credited what I'd originally paid for the service call and also gave me a senior citizen discount. I was really (pleasantly) surprised at the extremely reasonable charge.
That night when I got in the show, however, the hot water quickly went to warm, then cold. So I called back, and they came right back the next morning. They were here a goodly amount of time, rechecking, running a check on temperature gauges, even went the extra mile and checked the plumbing set up under the house (which had been redone when I had generator and tankless heater installed). checking every single thing again, It turned out that they found a LOT of 'junk' that was clogging up the shower head. They removed that, and when I got in the shower that night, I had a powerhouse! Even when the bath was first renovated, I didn't have water pressure that good. And it stayed nice and hot for a long, long shower. There was no charge for all of this extra work that they did. They said they considered it a follow-up from their first visit that hadn't completely solved the problem.
