“OCC Group as general contractors are a great group. Our 1922 home was completely incomplete. Not a single room was finished - every room needed something done and not just paint and floor refinishing. Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? A few, but each and every time we were consulted and given our options or choices. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another. We made informed decisions (and I'm sure I asked enough questions!).“

“Update: My project is complete. After the demolition of everything my homeowners insurance tried to cheat me on the money necessary to repair the damages in the 2 bathrooms. Jason was instrumental in educating me of my rights. I read my homeowners insurance policy and demanded an appraisal. By the way, he even referred me to an appraiser.Several months later, the 2 appraisers came up with a settlement that was more than we originally asked for but it included ADLS since residing there was impossible during the work. It just so happened that my mother was getting ready for surgery so we started when she went in knowing she'd been out for about a month allowing me to get extra smaller things done. This may sound horrible, but it's not.. I have a security camera and I use it to spy on my teenager when he's home (playstation), but I got a few laughs watching the guys. They moved like lightning, but my most FAVORITE was watching one guy put the door on my bathroom closet. He had this look on his face that something wasn't right. Of course it had been messed up for years, but he fixed it. Whomever replaced the kitchen floor cut out a section so the door would stay shut FINALLY! It was an old fashioned track door that was broken. Those are the touches that bring a customer back.Services: Remodelling“

We began meeting with Mike awhile ago to get an idea of how much our project would cost. After getting quotes from several other companies and a positive review of Classic from a neighbor, we selected them for the job and are so happy with the result. Mike was patient and communicative with us throughout the entire process as we selected each material and talked through how we could update our home with maintenance-free products, yet keep its original character. “absolutely amazing experience. Everyone at Creative Contracting was amazing and so easy to work with. I wanted the painting to start the day that I closed on my new house and I wanted to be able to move in within 2 weeks of closing and Brad made it happen! I had every square inch of my house painted in less than 2 weeks and it looks like it took a month. These guys are perfectionists and take the time to do it right and still get the job done on time. There were even multiple unforeseen things along the way that required a lot more time to do correctly and Brad upped the manpower to get them done and stay on schedule. Also during the project, I decided I wanted to do a few other things that required a contractor and electrician and Brand had those guys here the next day doing the work. I am amazed at what a stellar job they did and how quickly they were able to do it as well. I am known to have unachievable high standards and definitely do not throw out rave reviews lightheartedly, so I can say with extreme confidence you will love working with Creative Contracting and will be blown away with what they can do. After my experience, I can without a doubt say I am a customer for life.“
