Retex gave us 3 tiers of work, so they work with your budget as much as possible, and went over everything with us - from what failed on our old roof, to how to prevent it from happening again, and very thorough on explaining the difference in tiers and the process once we decided.

They did our roof in one day (including all of the plywood!) And gutters in an afternoon. Not a single nail was left behind, and when we had a mostly unrelated HVAC hiccup happen (safety disconnect got knocked loose ?) the day of the install, they came back out to check everything out to double check their work before we could even get an HVAC company out.

If/when we need further exterior updates we will be returning customers.“

“I recently had A Plus Roofing install new asphalt roofing to an ancillary building on my property. Tha quality of the work was outstanding and the crew was very professional and competent. They also installed new ceiling insulation and repaired baseboards to lower level room as part of the job, as well as made sure that when the job was finished the clean-up was fully carried out. It was also a pleasure working with Chris Kain who oversaw the total project. He made everything quite easy to deal with and the price he quoted was very reasonable. “Roofing company which is trying to help customers as soon as possible with the best results and a good price. Good communication by text and email. I needed a repair and they scheduled as soon as possible but the materials they need took a little long to arrive something I understand since is out they hands .“

“OCC Group as general contractors are a great group. Our 1922 home was completely incomplete. Not a single room was finished - every room needed something done and not just paint and floor refinishing. Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? A few, but each and every time we were consulted and given our options or choices. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another. We made informed decisions (and I'm sure I asked enough questions!).“
