I recently moved to RVA and needed a new stylist. I was so hesitant about trying someone new and starting over. My hair is naturally very dark but I prefer a lived in blonde look. I followed Dr. Mohrman to RVA Eye Care because the other place couldn't schedule my eye exam until Late April. RVA scheduled my appointment immediately (March 5). Dr. Mohrman is professional, relaxed, and makes the patient feel comfortable during the entire exam. A bonus is the gallery worthy artwork throughout the office by the daughter of Dr. Ryan. A great place for all your vision needs.

She managed to wash, deep condition, blow dry, straighten, AND trim my natural hair in an hour. I am amazed and Kinda was super sweet. Typically, my hair starts reverting in the front almost immediately when I exit the salon no matter the season, but, my hair still looks like it did when she completed it. I am so happy my friend recommended her and will be making a return.

Brought my son in for the first time. He is incredibly picky about haircuts and has very thin/fine hair which makes the hairstyle (textured fringe) he likes a bit harder. I am really surprised about the low reviews listed here. I was not offered any type of incentive for leaving this review. I walked in needing a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they saw me right away. This place is huge. I was offered a complimentary beverage. I declined the alcohol but got a fruit infused water. They also brought out a cup of fresh fruit. Dennis was my nail tech and he was amazing. He was very careful and did good quality work. Everyone here smiled. I got a shoulder massage as well and they incorporate hot towels. I paid $80 which is standard for this service, but this place is very top of the line. As I was walking out, a lady was raving about the massage she got. This is my new permanent nail salon moving forward.

I’m epileptic so I have to have my lashes (extensions) done a certain way with all the movement and pressure above my eyes being a possible trigger, and Ciarra does a perfect job every time. I went in the first time not knowing what to expect (after purchasing a deal on Groupon), and I was so nervous but also really excited! Ashley probably knew how I was feeling and she immediately put me at ease while explaining the process and telling me what to expect. Her demeanor is so calming so I was able to relax, and honestly, I think I may have even fallen asleep for a little while!! The results were amazing! Both women are incredibly friendly and efficient, but what really stands out is the consistency and care they bring to their work. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 20 years across five different cities, and I’ve never experienced this level of precision and reliability. I do have a slight preference for one of them, but I’ve genuinely never been disappointed with either lady.
They work with my natural brow shape instead of over-thinning, which is rare. Especially since my brows are naturally very full (see photos). They consistently deliver results that look clean, balanced, and flattering.
Highly recommend if you want your brows done right every time. I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes every time.
Edit to add: I’ve been coming to Art Brows for a little over 6 months, and the photos are shortly after each visit (aside from my full grown brows)!

I wear my hair in a short bob with a high weight line in the back and pronounced angles down to the sides – an easy cut you would think. Not so. One day I googled “precision haircut” for my zip code, and up popped Rapunzel Too, specifically, Dean Simmons. I’ve been a repeat customer ever since. Dean never lets me down. Victoria did makeup and hair for my wedding. I did a trial with her beforehand and felt like she really listened to what I wanted and made adjustments to things I asked her to. Everyone looked amazing amazing on the day of the wedding. Unfortunately she had an unexpected situation arise that made her late. Thankfully she had an awesome assistant already working with us until she could get there. When Victoria did arrive, she was calm and got right to work so everyone was ready on time for the ceremony.

I have to say these guys are excellent! I called them yesterday Wednesday about replacing an exhaust fan in my downstairs bathroom. Not only did they come in a whole lot cheaper than anyone else, they said they could do it the very next day Thursday around noon. These guys are so nice and professional, they were on time, they started right away and were done in no time at all! I highly recommend these guys and I'll be using them again for sure!

Ryan Webster this is Donald Hunter. Ryan came back to give us a proposal on a roof and windows. We talked about the roof and I said it wasn’t ready to do the roof. I mentioned metal roofing and he explained to me the negative part about doing a metal roof and positive thing about replaced it with asphalt very professional on the way he did so and then he showed us a sample of your windows with a triple pain in your gas in between the pains the insulation and showed us the advantage of going with your product and we elected not to go that route at this Tabb but he was very professional very polite very manly and represented your company well and place that he came to our home and he’s welcome here. Virginia Pest Pro provides our home every three months extermination treatment for ants and roaches. There is no contract required and their services can be cancelled at any time. Since starting their services two years ago, we have had no problems with ants or roaches. The price for each treatment is less than the major exterminating companies. I highly recommend Virginia pest pro.

The clinic is well-lit and well-maintained, with high-precision equipment to treat complicated dental health ailments like mine. It was a very smooth experience, and the environment put me at ease for the whole time I was there. They are very passionate about providing care to those in need, and is truly one of the best and most professional dental clinics I've been to.
Ridge Dog has always been fantastic with our dog and the people are so nice.
This is the second time we've been here but the first time that I personally dropped off my fuzzy boy Snow for de-matting and light sanitary trim. I have to say that I love how this location feels. Its very cute and cozy. The staff was nice and patient with me since I was a little spacey and tired. They had the most gorgeous and sweet cat maning the front desk. I had to take a picture of her to show my family. My cat was purring so much when I picked him up and he was looking soft and dapper. He was severely matted and he wouldnt let me brush him out. Luckily, this team always has two people working on one cat and they were able to brush him out gently without needing to shorten his hair, I prefer him fuzzy. I am very satisfied with the service and will be coming back again.

Best massage I have had to date! Incredible attention to my needs and points of concentration. Wendy ( hope I got her name right...I was very relaxed afterwards and may have not been listening well) was very attentive to my needs throughout! She is a great masseuse! I will be coming back in the next week or so for another session. I got the 90 Minute massage but should have gone 120 minutes! Highly recommend to all who may have any issues with neck, shoulder, lower back and other pains.
