Both women are incredibly friendly and efficient, but what really stands out is the consistency and care they bring to their work. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 20 years across five different cities, and I’ve never experienced this level of precision and reliability. I do have a slight preference for one of them, but I’ve genuinely never been disappointed with either lady.
They work with my natural brow shape instead of over-thinning, which is rare. Especially since my brows are naturally very full (see photos). They consistently deliver results that look clean, balanced, and flattering.
Highly recommend if you want your brows done right every time. I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes every time.
Edit to add: I’ve been coming to Art Brows for a little over 6 months, and the photos are shortly after each visit (aside from my full grown brows)!
First time at Heavenly Hair and I'm SO glad I chose to rock with this salon! Kinda understood exactly what I wanted and had my hair looking RIGHT. She took her time, was gentle with my edges, and the whole vibe was just comfortable ....like getting your hair done at your cousin's house but with that professional touch.

Kizzy did an amazing job! I love love my hair! It’s been years since I’ve been to a salon and she definitely fulfilled all my needs. I am very particular about who I let do my hair due to my hair condition. She took her time and made sure she wasn’t braiding my hair tight. I was given a scalp stimulation treatment before my braids. She was also very attentive & kind. She ensured I got the style I wanted. She gave me pointers on how to take care of my hair and was very professional and knowledgeable. The salon is very clean, welcoming and warm. They were able to get me in although it was short notice. I highly recommend them!

The best barbers and I just came from chi after going to the same place that cuts a bunch of the bears. Music is always perfect volume no matter the genre and the key is barbers have fun. Best hair cut and a break from the day with the greatest group of dudes they curated. I'm not silly/self centered enough to think the best barber shop in Virginia at minimum would have room for walk-ins though they do leave time just may not work for your exact time. You won't find a better cut no matter the picture you show any of these guys at any location.

So my fiancée and I had a wedding to go to. (Not ours, yet ?) Not familiar with anything in Richmond, VA. This was a last minute, Friday evening, walk-in visit. She got a mani/pedi.The place is close to the airport hotels. Very clean and professional. Did a great job, according to her. And reasonably priced. If you are in town, I highly recommend.

I drove 3 hours out of state for an appointment with Jalen after seeing their work online and absolutely would (and will) do it again! Everything was very clean, she was very gentle, and thoroughly explained everything step by step. Any other time I’ve gotten my nails done and asked for a design I’ve never left with anything close to what I asked for or was happy with until these!
Ninibeth did a full set and i had an amazing pedicure. I walked in on a Thursday morning on a whim just after opening and they were consistently busy. I did have to file the edges when i got home just because they were sharp.

I wear my hair in a short bob with a high weight line in the back and pronounced angles down to the sides – an easy cut you would think. Not so. One day I googled “precision haircut” for my zip code, and up popped Rapunzel Too, specifically, Dean Simmons. I’ve been a repeat customer ever since. Dean never lets me down. He’s by far the best hair cutter I’ve ever known. An added benefit is that he doesn’t talk your ear off. I love that. Margarita was recommended to me by my dermatologist for electrolysis. I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months now, and while it’s painful I can tell the difference, and electrolysis is the only way to get permanent hair removal. In addition I’ve gotten a few facials and bought some of the products she recommended. Overall I’ve been very pleased. Margarita is a kind and welcoming person who genuinely cares about her clients outcomes. I highly recommend her.
I am late writing this review but my Yin Yoga session with Sound Bath lead by Merisa Horgan of House of Undine was right on time. This was my first experience but it will not be my last. Merisa took her time to explain the services and guided the experience with ease. Her calming voice and presence from the word hello was welcoming. I was blessed to have an individual session which enhanced the already tranquil experience. Indigo was a clean, peaceful, environment which complimented the Yin Yoga and Sound Bath perfectly. If you’re wondering, “Is hiring a HMUA worth the money?” If her name is Ashlyn Hanson- absolutely yes.
Victoria did makeup and hair for my wedding. I did a trial with her beforehand and felt like she really listened to what I wanted and made adjustments to things I asked her to. Everyone looked amazing amazing on the day of the wedding. Unfortunately she had an unexpected situation arise that made her late. Thankfully she had an awesome assistant already working with us until she could get there. When Victoria did arrive, she was calm and got right to work so everyone was ready on time for the ceremony.

I had a broken key in two pieces and it was twisted , it was a tough task , many locksmiths refused to help but this man right here came down , copied my key and everything works perfectly , very reasonable pricing and a pleasant person all in all , would definitely be the first place I call in case I got trouble.

We had a great experience with Costen Floors. Gary Hand was our sales rep and he handled all of our scheduling and answered every question we had. The team that put in the floors was fabulous. They were able to get our bedroom finished in one day! We will definitely work with Costen Floors again!
I was recently shopping for flooring to make upgrades as part of selling my house. Tyler was my sales rep and helped coordinate getting detailed measurements and ensure I found the right flooring. He even brought in the owner Robert who was fantastic. Robert’s relationships and knowledge was super helpful in finding products that didn’t break the bank yet very high quality. He understands value and works hard for his customers taking great pride in his business. I love to see that with small business owners. The estimates they provided were quite detailed breaking down all aspects of the job so you knew exactly what you were getting. Although I ended up getting a contract on my house and didn’t proceed with the flooring install, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
William has done a great, thorough job for us on every project we've had. We feel very lucky to have met him. Definitely five stars!
Ryan Webster this is Donald Hunter. Ryan came back to give us a proposal on a roof and windows. We talked about the roof and I said it wasn’t ready to do the roof. I mentioned metal roofing and he explained to me the negative part about doing a metal roof and positive thing about replaced it with asphalt very professional on the way he did so and then he showed us a sample of your windows with a triple pain in your gas in between the pains the insulation and showed us the advantage of going with your product and we elected not to go that route at this Tabb but he was very professional very polite very manly and represented your company well and place that he came to our home and he’s welcome here. Thank you very much.
Excellent design and consultation work. The cabinets and other products they use are very high quality; I was impressed by the construction of the cabinets. The workmanship of the trades people they use is excellent and they did an fantastic job. The only feedback for them is the length of time it took to do the kitchen, but I would highly recommend them.

The only discomfort I felt is when she was working out a knot I had in my back. Afterwards, I feel amazingly well. Much of my joint pain has subsided as well. I highly recommend Harmany Spa.
