Chris is a professional haircutter that will shave and will line you up perfectly. The atmosphere is great, see old friends and make new ones. As a customer we all notice that the other barber barely has any customers especially when I was there. Some of us breakdown and give him some business. It's a cool place to be where everyone is having fun.
Northside barber shop is a gem. In a part of Richmond that isn't always the most welcoming, as soon as you open the door here you feel right at home. The barber named Chris takes pride in his work and also his chair side manner. There aren't many places who haven't let their rates skyrocket in spite of the economy. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, especially the college student who wants to save a little money. Wisdom isn't something that you can experience everywhere, but here you can. Give it a shot for your next cut, you won't be sorry.
I come all the way from the west end to get a cut from Chris pleasant, real stand up individual, knowledgeable, and an OUTSTANDING Barber! Hair cuts always 10/10, and the conversations we have are even better! Love ya Chris keep doing what your doing ??
