“I have been seeing Nikki for several years and could not be more happy with the level of service that I have received. Immediately upon greeting her clients, she reflects on past visits to see if the issues are new or lingering. She then asks if there is anything new that needs to be addressed. During the appointment, Nikki allows the client to set the tone; sometimes I am in the mood to talk and other times, I would prefer to zone out. With other therapists, I have had to carry on awkward conversation and/or felt uninvited to talk but never with Nikki. My neck and back pain are mostly the result of stress and anxiety and Nikki does a great job at applying the necessary pressure to the areas that need the most attention. I usually opt for a full body massage but I will occasionally ask her to focus on one or two areas. In either instance, she is able to zone in on the areas that cause me the greatest pain. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I have never had difficulty making appointments with Nikki as I have been able to make them directly through her. I am a mom and have to coordinate a babysitter to schedule my appointments and really appreciate not having to go through a third party. I would recommend Nikki for her skill, professionalism and welcoming demeanor. She really is a master!“

“I love this place. I have been there twice now and the second you walk you feel instantly relaxed. Both times I have had work done with Jenna. Once for a 1hr Thai Body Work Session and then again for a 90min Traditional Body Massage with Fire Cupping. Both services were exactly what I needed, as a hairstylist who is on my feet all day with hands above my head and arthritis in my lower lumbar spine in addition to constant knotting and tightness in the large muscle groups (back, glutes, and legs) needed to get me through my day at work. I have emerged from both sessions feeling relaxed but most importantly I have left feeling like real work was done, mobility improved, and acute pain relieved. Jenna is very kind and thoughtful. She checks in regularly to make sure you are comfortable and that the pressure is suitable. She has a great flow with her massage which is so important because it doesn’t feel clunky. It’s also lovely to go to a place that is so open and inclusive. It’s a safe space and I look forward to my reoccurring monthly Monday appointments.“
