Santiago installed our Laundry Room Floor end of May, 2026; Allison helped us in the store. She was very helpful, gave us a good price, and was pleasant and friendly throughout the process. The company staff were very professional, and they have a very impressive showroom. Give them a try. We had 3 estimates from companies, and we went with them. Installer was on time, listened well to me throughout the job - did as I asked, did very good work, was on time, professional, and did a great job of clean up. Floor looks great. They were ranked 1st at least last 3 years in Richmond Area.
Reached out to the Floor Store with an urgent request for new carpet in a pinch. Got a call back within 3 minutes of my inquiry, they came out to my home within an hour and I had a carpet install scheduled within 48 hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they could help me in a pinch. Carpet looks great and the installers were easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. Great company to work with.
I had the pleasure of working with the floor store. They were amazing. My floor looks so beautiful. Chris was so nice and responded quickly. My floor was done before I got off work at 5pm. I will be using them to do my upstairs as well.
