Brian and the crew were all superb. The crew worked hard and got the bulk of the work done in three days. For reference, our house is two stories. Brian checked in on us consistently throughout the project. They were even kind enough to install our bat box for us when we asked if it was something they could take care of. They were neither the most expensive nor the least expensive quote that we received for the job, but the level of comfortability that my wife and I felt in talking with Jack and his team put Tredegar over the top when choosing a company. They made us feel secure in knowing that the project would get done right, on time, and within budget. Any question we had was answered immediately and in a way that laymen like us could understand. During construction, they asked if they were in the way, asked if they could work on a Saturday to catch up from rain, and cleaned up every nite to the point that it looked like they were finished. They are not pushy at all, competitively priced, and focused more on helping you make the smartest decision for your situation as opposed to getting the biggest job. Rather than jumping to a full roof replacement, Mark took the time to identify the issues (drone pics and all) and I was able to extend the life of my roof rather than replace it right away. The guys who came out to fix the roof were great and took "after" pics so I could compare to the "before" pics. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. When it does come time to replace my roof, I'll definitely be calling Retex!“
