“Retex was on my radar after my high-standards parents were happy with the company (locally owned is huge to our family) after they did their roof.<br><br>Retex gave us 3 tiers of work, so they work with your budget as much as possible, and went over everything with us - from what failed on our old roof, to how to prevent it from happening again, and very thorough on explaining the difference in tiers and the process once we decided.<br><br>They did our roof in one day (including all of the plywood!) And gutters in an afternoon. Not a single nail was left behind, and when we had a mostly unrelated HVAC hiccup happen (safety disconnect got knocked loose ?) the day of the install, they came back out to check everything out to double check their work before we could even get an HVAC company out.<br><br>If/when we need further exterior updates we will be returning customers.”
