Quick, professional, friendly, competent. We had a rather bizarre lock to move to a new door, and Richard did it with no issues at all. He even showed me the tricks needed to do it myself at a later time if needed. He made sure the strike plates were properly aligned, and gave me some tips about a garage door, and did a minor tune up to our front door so it would close more easily. Top notch service. I recommend them completely.
