We had several special requests since this clean was pre-holidays and we were having company. The crew did everything and more. Love the special touches with making hand towels fancy.

The Maid Crew of Richmond (VA) is responsive and provides good customer service. They are prompt in answering emails and schedule changes to regular, recurring cleanings. The crews are friendly, prompt, great around pets and of course, good cleaning. I recommend them!Services: Standard cleaning

Completely satisfied with the Richmond Maid Crew for the past year. Every month I’m notified of their appointment, followed by text messages that they are five minutes away, and again when they are at door. They are soldiers on the job, no supervision needed unless I have a special request, such as help installing a BedJet on my bed. The apartment is sparkling every time they leave.
